how can i get toned before summer ok im 13 and female and ive started to notice im getting bigger around my stomach and my thighs. ive always been pretty small but last your we had an end of the year picnic for school where we went swimming and i felt really self conscious how can i tone my abs and thighs so i dont have to suck it in all summer?

This may not be the answer that you are looking for, but puberty is catching up with you, so you need to start working out, and jogging and eating healthier. I had the same problem you did when I was 12 and I started jogging and doing situps every day, and I got healthier, and I looked Hott! lol youll feel great about yourself if you learn how to eat right too! Hope everything works out great!!!~ ]
