cards.. what's it called?

you know in movies in stuff, esp. when someones gambling in las vegas they show one of those poeple behind a "card game" table doing this really cool thing.. like he makes the whole deck stand vertically and then moves the whole deck with one card.. i dont know how to describe it.. but it's REALLY cool and i need to know the name for it to be able to google it! and i need to google it to be able to learn it, and i need to learn it for a cool class presentation i ant to do! thaaaaank youuu! <333

if you go on to freecupsandballs.com and then scroll down to where you see 4 small pictures next to eachother, you can see what im talking about.. it's the THIRD picture..
