My sister has loads of anger problems and for the past six years she has caused a lot of tension in our family. During this time I've always been the 'good one' but recently my Dad has been taking things out on me more and more. I admit that I'm not always as well behaved as I should be, but it's not like I'm worse than any other average teen. Now even when I haven't done anything wrong my Dad will be unreasonable and start shouting and swearing. I always try and be mature and walk away from the situation then come back and talk things through calmly later but 9 times out of 10 he will refuse to admit that he has been wrong and usually he won't even listen to what I have to say.

major problem

ok, i have a major problem. i had sex the other day with my boyfriend... we didnt use a condom because he said he can control himself from coming. it was only for like 3 minutes and i said that we needed to stop and we did. i am scared now because i had my period on the 23 of december and its the 21 of january!! i am really scared and dont know what to do!!

Coming to America to study at university from overseas

My cousin is an overseas national currently studying the final year of high school in Australia. Her mother has recently moved to the USA and wants my cousin to study a bachelor's degree in California, to be closer to their new home.
All the way on the other side of the globe, my cousin and I think that my cousin will have to apply for US universities with her secondary qualifications in Australia, which means as an international student, right? Yet she would really be a permanent resident in status. Is there any disadvantage being treated as an international student?
Also, regarding degrees:
- how expensive? Are degrees typically subsidised by the government, and if so, by how much?

Desktop computer will not reconize cd-dvd burner with Window

ITunes was having a problem with cd-dvd burner recognition...I reinstalled Itunes and problem went away......however, I checked Windows MEdia Player and it will not recognize my cd-dvd burners...what's up with this.......

I'm looking for a song about a guy and a girl who live a long distance apart and love each other so much and she misses him like crazy even though he's only been gone a little while. It would also be perfect if the song was about them loving each other but neither of them has said it yet, like they aren;t actually together, but they have strong feelings for each other. And she just wants to tell him.

umm so my parents got me tutors for geometry, spanish, and science because last year i didn't do good so thats why.. but i hate having tutors because they come early in the morning to tutor me. its soo unfair because its like if i don't have a tutor i'll fail. i've tried to prove to my parents i don't need soo many tutors but it doesn't work what should i do?

im kinda fail complected so basically i can tan pretty ok-ish haha but i cant hold it at all! my tan was pretty much gone by like november. i was thinkin about goin to a tannin bed a couple times a week for a month before i go to the beach so i wont look albino and get burnt as soon as i get there. will it be safe to go as long as i use sunscreen every time and dont use accelerator or at least not one without sunscreen in it.
by the way is there a cure for skin cancer? bc i was burned quite often when i was younger and am scared of dying young because of it.
and please dont say bronzers or w/e bc ive tried all different kinds and they turn me orange and ive tried the lotion and it works ok but its soo much tr...

I am over 2 years older then my sister but everybody seems to think she is older than me! It bugs me so much (she has bigger boobs then me, but I am happy with my boob size)but I am not sure what other reasons people think this. I take care of myself really well (I dress nicely, do my makeup nicely, take good care of my hair, etc.) yet for some reason I look younger then my younger sister & I want to look older!! What can I do to make myself appear to be older, like I really am? And please don't say anything about it being good that I look younger, all I want to know is why they think she looks older & WHAT I CAN DO TO MAKE MYSELF LOOK OLDER THEN HER! Thank you!

long but bear with me. so basically it goes.. im a sophomore and hes a junior. through highschool up until now, hes failed 7 classes and is now behind 3 credits. the school doesnt tell him these things like mine does until the last minute, so he didnt have time to catch up. [let me add that he worked 6 hours a day for 5 days a week since he was 14, so it was hard for him to be able to do homework and stuff, but he pretty much didnt have a choice]. his only option was to go to night school AND summer school [at a combined $1200] for him to graduate on time, but they cant afford that. so now theres another option, theres this new school thing were he'll be unenrolled from his current school to go to this other place for about 4 hours a day fo...

I got the top of my ear pierced a week ago and it had quit hurting, but tonight it started hurting and it's swollen where the back of the earring is. Is it swollen because it could be infected or because of the earring irritating it? What should I do if it's like this I cleaned it with peroxide.

Thin hair, ringlets?

Okay, I have some of the thinest hair ever. When I don't blow dry or strigthen it is gets kind of curly but not much. But that isn't the point, my question is, is there any way to make my hair into ringlets? Don't say use a curling iron because even with some of the best it still ends up terrible. Is there any alternative ways? Or is my hair hopeless?
