hair problem

my hair is very dry, and kind of thick. im sure there are a lot of people with the same problem. but i was wondering, what do you think is the best shampoo for me to use? like, to hydrate my hair and actually repair it, instead of causing it more damage. thanks =)

is it normal for part of your tongue to feel numb after getting it pierced? the tip and part of the left side of my tongue have felt slightly numb for about 4 days now.

Death

I’ve been brought up by a religious family. This October, I had this epiphany where I realized that I don’t believe in god.
Now, I’m a little obsessed with death. Not my own death, but the death of people I love. I function normally but when I think about someone close to me dying, I get really depressed because I realize that once they’ll die, I’ll –never- see them again.
It’s come to the point that every day, I think about death at least once and every time I hug my mother (who I love more than anyone in the world), I feel so scared because I know that at some point she’ll die and I won’t ever be able to look at her again. I keep trying to add up how old she is and compare it to the average life expectancy ...

Dress Shoes?

I'm a female, size 11 shoe, and about 5 foot 8 inches tall. I need some low dress shoes in my size for the winter formal. I am going with a guy who is about 2 inches shorter than I am, and he is scared to death that i'll tower over him. I need to find shoes fast!

I want curly hair !?

How can achieve the curly hair i want? My hair is naturaly wavy but has started becoming dull & straight from past straighteners i used. Geling my hair is completely out of the question (i think it makes hair look oily, messy, and just all around gross)! I tired a variety of mousses and shampoos but nothing seems to work! The only way i can "kind of" get my hair to look curly is if i sleep with braids (but that isn't the look i'm going for). So please help me, is there anyway i can get my hair to look nice, full, thick, and cury/wavy without it getting tangly and knotty! I don't have enough time to sit there and actually curl my hair with a curling iron but it you have a good iron to suggest please tell me or even other shampo...

First off to loose confusion I work in a restaurant. Ok there is this guy that comes into my work recently that I just think is really cute and nice. We used to go to high school together but hardly ever talked. But now that he comes in we actually have conversations. He is also good friends with one of my coworkers but she has a tendency to be more flirty and she has a boyfriend. I don’t want to have to fight for his attention even if they are just friends. Ok I love my friends to death. But they can be real pain in the butt sometimes. I found out my friend *Carl has a major crush on me. He is sweet and nice but just not my type.Physically and mentally. I have made this clear that there is no way of us getting together. My best friend *Sally is always trying to get us by ourselves. Like going to get things just me and him or always sitting by him. It is annoying. Also I feel like it is leading him on which is wrong. What do i do? It makes me uncomfortable ever since I found out about it Do I try to find someone else to get them off my back?... like that is an easy task by itself.

My best friend invited four girls, all who i'm friends with, over to her house right in front of my face while I was talking to them during lunch. She didn't even invite me even though I was standing right there talking to all of them. I was confused, so I asked her if I was invited and she said, "I don't care. You can come if you want. I knew you'd end up coming anyways." And she said that I always invite myself over, when I don't. Normally at lunch I always say, "Hey, do you wanna do something after school today?" or whenever I get off the bus I say that. But, she always starts walking to her house, so I just follow her..I didn't want to get in a fight over it, so I just said sorry even though I didn't do anything. Now...

Just call me scaredy, I'm female, age 17, and I'm really troubled... I stopped going to school because of my fears and I'm really scared... Its been 2 years already, almost 3. I really want to go back to school. But something is holding me back. Every time I meet my previous classmates, I feel insecure and I would sometimes run away from them literally. They are already in 2nd year college while I'm still in 12th Grade. I felt bad, now I am locking myself here in our house. I never went out for 4 months already... But I want to go back to school... I used to be a moderator [level one] and someone hacked into my account, and managed to do something to get me banned from the site for about a week and I lost my moderator status. Anyway to fix this, other than change my password [which I already did] and wait until the amount of time is up and apply again?

so im goin to the pediatricion tomorrow w/ my mom for a check up. last time i went i had to wear a hospital gown so that they could check me out & stuff.. but like.. last time i went was like 2 years ago & i had only shaved my private area like once so it wasnt noticable , but do doctors care? i mean.. im 14 so i dont see that it matters. but my mom doesnt know i do it, and i dont want the doctors to say anything
they wouldnt say anything would they?

Converting Itunes files

I recently started using Audacity to make cuts of songs for dance team. The problem is that Audacity doesn't work with Itunes files (mp4?) and I really hate having to download an Mp3 of each song on Limewire. Is there any way to convert my files? I have googled it but couldn't find a program that actually works.
