i just started getting dandruff this past year. its really annoying - i use head and shoudlers but i still have it! why did i just start randomly getting it? how do i stop? what can i do?

how can i be hyper,outgoing,and funny? like this WHOLE summer,i want to make myself something in THIS town. i dont know how to though. like,no one wants to hang out.i have "SCHOOL" friends. i don't know why. i know i can change,im determined. is it a good way to get to know a lot of people by joining a activity? like,i was thinking, Drama,Volleyball,Photography and stuff like that for extras NEXT year. I'll be in 9th grade.Also,how do i learn how to play a sport,like soccer or cheerleading? i really follow my own path,but lately,no one seems to like me. im just a "quiet" person on the outside.i REALLY want to change that. I've picked one group over the other,i know its low,but if they knew me,we would connet really well....

I've heard a lot about dental dams when giving a girl oral sex. If all you are doing is sucking on the clitoris is it alright NOT to use a dental dam? first off me and this boy had like a little thing, it lasted for a little while but then we just drifted and stopped talking. now we don't talk at all. i know he doesn't like me or anything, but i still might like him. i honestly feel stupid if i say hey or something online or in a text cause if he just replys back like hii or something i don't know. but its so confusing. i really liked him, i don't think i've ever liked anyone like that before, he's been in my head for ever. how can i talk to him again or get him out of my head.
ps we don't go to the same school.

i kno this is long but please take the time to read it and help me. my best friend in the entire world has completely changed. i spent the whole summer with her and we were inseperable. but when i went back home, because she lives in another state, i met some new people. i met this girl and guy and the three of us became really good friends. she started talking to them and me and her talked less. we started getting in huge fights and now we are in the biggest fight ever because shes changed a lot. it used to be that no matter what we could call each other and cheer each other up. but i called her to cheer me up and she ignored me and then lied to me about calling the person i was upset about. now we are in a huge fight. what should i do?

lose weight?

so i'm 14/f and i weigh 130 and i'm 5'4 almost 5'5. i want ot lose weight like 10 15 pounds cause i feel like i'm over weight, can anyone give me some pointers to losing weight kinda fast? my dad said that theres a new diet, and you eat alot in the morning and when your at school and stuff you burn it off and then you slow down at dinner and stuff, does that make any sense?

Ok this question is going to be kind of deep, so here goes. When I was 14 I lose my virginity to my first love. I'm 19 now and married to another man. My first love, Tim, and I have been on and off since I was 14. No matter what we always seem to find a way back to each other. The problem is, I have been married now almost 2 years to this other man. BUT I still find myself thinking (alot) about my first, Tim. I don't know if I am in love with him still, or what. I am so confused. Everytime we bump into one another it's like that spark never left. Please help asap.

blisters?

ok so i have these blisters that keep on poping up.
let me explain:
on friday i had one on my middle finger on my left hand.
then on sunday night i had 3 more on my left hand. one on my middle finger one on my palm and one below my pinky and another one on my right middle. and today i had one below my middle finger on the left hand.
the thing is though. they don't hurt or itch or anything. like they for the most part are reasonably small. maybe like half a centimeter. maybe more. and then i get bigger ones that are like maybe a centimeter. and some of them are like flat and some of them are risen.
my mom said it could be some disease called like fists or fifths disea...

ive had a thing for this kid named joe for as long as i can remember. i met him as a freshman and im a junior .. so at least 3 years now .. we dated 10 months but then we broke up. its been 3 months .. i still think about him all the time and no one compares to him to me .. ive tried SO hard, numerous times to get over him. i dont know what is so appealing. our relationship wasnt all that great. we didn thang out that much, but he always could make me laugh more than anyone else .. i miss him..
