i have to find the whole number ratio of
0.04 g-atoms of iron to 0.034375 g-atoms of copper. can someone help me i have no idea how to do this. thank you
0NEL0VEEx answered Monday March 12 2007, 5:33 pm: i would just multiply them both by 1,000,000 because that gets you to a whole number, and you needed a WHOLE NUMBER ratio. so i did .04 × 1,000,000 and .034375 × 1,000,000 and got 4000 and 34,375. which makes your whole number ratio 4,000:34,375 =) [ 0NEL0VEEx's advice column | Ask 0NEL0VEEx A Question ]
