Thailand

Ok - not the right category, but there's no category for "travel". So here goes.
I'll be leaving to Thailand this Thursday for a university trip. I am SO excited.
Has anyone visited Thailand before? If so, can you give me tips and stuff, what to do, what not to do, etc. How are the people like there? Prices?...I'll be staying there for a week, how much money should I take with me?

iPOD! HELP ME PLEASE!

Ok, so the thing is, i used to have a PC computer. I always hooked my iPod to it. Now, i just got a new MAC laptop && want to hook my iPod up to load new songs.
What will happen? Will my computer and/or iPod break?
The thing is, my sister had connected HER ipod mini onto her PC laptop and then to her PC computer and her computer broke =_=
please hhelp!
I need to know this by MONDAY, MARCH 19!!
I go to camp then and i MUST take my ipod, or else i`ll die on the 4 hour trip there 0_0

i have liked this guy for three years. he has a girlfriend (shes sort of my friend) and is in love with her. they have been going out since october, but the girl only likes him half as much, so i dont know if that relationship will last. at least she will be the one to break up with him.
i dont think i will ever stop liking him. i have been trying to distract myself from him by dating other guys, but i just kept on thinking of him. i was saving my first kiss for him, but i lost it last month to an ex boyfriend because i completely gave up. my ex bf made a move to kiss me, and i just thought i'm either gonna kiss someone in this life or i'm not.

I have this friend that likes this younger guy. But he has a girl friend but technically he broke-up shes just a spas that is in major love with him. I'm going to be 16 next year, and i have a lot of money saved up for a car. (almost 6 grand) and i've always wanted a V8 Firebird (the one the guy held for me is $5500). but my parents dont want me to get it because they said if i get good grades (3.5 gpa or better) they would pay insurance, and if i get this car, and keep my gpa up, they would have to pay it.
reality check, who would, it would be $1,200 every 6 months at the LEAST. and if i was a girl itd be $800, (according to online thing i used).
i know it shouldnt be that big of a deal, but ive got my car all picked out and insurance is holding me back.
how can i convince my parents, and or get the money to pay for it, without spending all ...

i am horrible at making conversation. especially when it comes to talking to someone i like, who happens to only be an acquantaince.
so, november (yes that long ago) i went to a school football game with my friends and i met a boy who is a year older than me. we have a mutual friend i guess. (that friend now knows i like this boy... but he doesnt know that i know he knows... wow sorry if thats real confusing)

There's this boy i like and i want to know if he likes me. 13/F by the way. Well, just last friday, March 16, 2007, to be exact, i went up to him with my friend, Alyssa, and we started teasing him saying he liked one of my other friends cause they hang out a lot. Well, this other guy, Tyler, starts a rumor that they are dating so i go up to him and go, OHMYGOD!! I knew you guys liked each other, I can't believe you're dating! I said it pretty loud too because i usually talk loud when i try to make a point in a jokingly way. The whole thing was a joke, cause i know he doesn't like her and he wouldn't date her.
