I have this friend that likes this younger guy. But he has a girl friend but technically he broke-up shes just a spas that is in major love with him. But he totally flirts with her and he doesn't want to date the other girl shes just a stage 5 clinger. Also he wouldn't make a move. What should she do?

Hm. Maybe she should try talking to him, and ask him if he likes the girl who's "majorly in love with him" and if he says he isnt, then maybe she and the guy can try and hangout more and then maybe he`ll start to like her.
