this guy i think likes my because he stares at me in class and its not the senior i was talking about this is a guy my own age but he has a girlfriend and acts like he is biosexual but i dont know what i should do?

I think you should talk to him more often, and get to know him. Hang out with him frequently, and be sure to really show an interest in this guy. By interest, I do not mean flirting or stepping over any friend boundaries -- I simply mean to show an interest in getting to know him as a person. The more you know about him, and he knows about you, the more comfortable the two of you will become.
Be sure not to step over any friend boundaries, because he does have a girlfriend. But by getting to know him, and you two becoming closer -- he'll consider you a good friend. Good friends are the best for relationships.

Hm, if you don't like him, just ignore him. But, if you like him, just randomly ask him if he likes you, he may just be looking at you for no reason? Just ask him and see how he reacts.
