quite simple really, you get all the parts listed in the diagram, hook them up with wire, as shown in the diagram, and put it into something so that it wont get ripped appart. you can probably get all the parts at the local radio shack, or as a friend whose taking an electrical engineering class to get some from the lab for you. if you dont know what all the parts are, you are probably better off waiting till youve taken a class and learned about them. all the capacitors in the diagram look fairly small, but if you arent carefull, and hook it up wrong, you could get yourself a fairly serious shock.
