recording a video

I'm planning on buying something to record video onto a VHS tape. I don't know anything about video technology. Do you have to buy a video camera that you but a VHS tape in? If you have a camcorder and record video onto an 8mm tape, is there an inexpensive, easy way to put it onto a VHS?

hey,
i wasn't really sure where to put this one. okay, here's my problem. i have this feeling all the time where it feels like i'm in a dream, or in a memory, or i'm just not here. it's extremely hard to explain. i've talked to my doctor about it as well, but she hasn't heard of it. my friend is the only person i know that has it too. i'm actually kind of scared, because i dont' know what could happen to me next. please help!

okay. i get soooooo nervous when i talk in class and i get really dizzy and stuff. it's so scary. and i usually don't know the answer cause i'm embarrassed and i dont wanna talk so i don't. and then the class laughs. so can you please help me solve my problem with my nervousness!??! thanks alot!

I'm just so lost and i feel so stupid because i've never really had a relationship before..btw 15/f. and i met this boy awhile ago and i had a crush on him when we first met, but i swear i have a crush on all the guys i first met. and now recenlty were talkin again and i think hanging out tomorrow. and it was about a month since we've talked. and my crush is back and he just told me he found out the girl he KINDA liked had a bf. so there is hope for me. but ahh i'm so lost. how do i know if i really like him, i'm pretty sure i do because when i hear his name i always direct my attetion to that conversation, look for him in the hall way to say hi, when my phone rings i just have a little hope its him, and when i see his friends i look behind...

ok, there is this guy at my school that i TOTALLY hate. everyday he makes fun of me. today the guy that i like "kinda" joined in on the jokes and it made me mad. the guy that makes fun of me is getting on my last nerve and i just want to hit him. how do i handle this and how do i get him to stop making fun of me

Well I straighten my hair everyday because its really curly. But a few hours later it starts to curve inward. I see all these girls at my school with PIN straight hair and it lasts all day. Does anybody know how to keep my hair pinstraight all day.

Chipped tooth

I don't know how it happened, but I noticed that the little tooth right beside one of my front teeth has chipped- just a tiny bit on the edge. It feels kind of jagged.. it's not a big piece or anything, but I'm afraid it can get worse since the tooth is small and delicate. I'm gonna have to get it taken care of soon.. But my question ..actually 2 q's: is, a) what's the standard procedure dentists use to take care of chipped teeth? and b) what can I do to prevent it from getting worse in the meantime?

i hate this. i dont usually care what people think. ive been called a lesbian and emo before and i dont care. but now people are saying the only reason i hang out with this one guy who is like my best friend is cuz i still like him and i want him to like me even though we all know he doesnt. even though thats the reason i originally bacame friends with him, i dont hang out with him because of that. i hate it how people think im so pathetic. it makes me feel like i am. and i dont even know anymore. i like my friends and i dont just hang out with them to get to him. not at all. ugh

i pick them until they start bleeding, and they hurt ALL the time
I use chapstick all the time, and never go any where with out.

Confused about myself.

I'm confused. And this whole world confuses me. Nothing makes sense to me, Everything seems so ridiculous... I don't even know why I feel this way about things, Life & people... I love so much, but sometimes I hate everything. Sometimes I feel like destroying everything in my sight. Sometimes I feel like crying my eyes out and I loose all confidence in myself, While other days I feel like the happiest person in the world, Like nothing can bring me down.
I have thoughts in my head which I can't control, as if i'm having a constant fight with myself.
Everyone just thinks i'm crazy. And I think I am going crazy. But I've always been like this.
What's wrong with me?

Serious sickness?

My mom has been sick with a mild cold for about 4-5 days to a week. She's 45. Then all of the sudden last night she almost started vomitting. But she was having diarrhea. She had stomach pains earlier this evening, and had a terrible head ache. I gave her a bag of cold string beans in replace of an ice pack. Is she okay? What's up? I'm scared and worried! I value her health! So much! She had a tempurature of 101 degrees earlier...
Now it's 100.6 degrees. But it took hours too get down. I pray that she's ok. Is something seriously wrong?

And, I like it. It's short in the back, and long in the very front. I can spike the back and whatnot, and I, of course, straighten the front. But, throughout the day, the sections in the front begin to flip inward, and it looks really stupid. I need some suggestions on how to keep it straight. Maybe some kind of hair supplies or some kind of technique?
