The risks of tanning beds...?

Prom is coming up, and my friend has been trying to convince me to go tanning with her. So i went today, and it was pretty okay. but when i got home i found a website saying all these risks about tanning and i'm not sure i should go again....
Do tanning beds really cause skin cancer and other skin diseases? are there safe ways to get a tan?

Can i get The Life i Want

I have a distinct picture of what i want my future to look like (i want to be married to the great guy, with great kids, and live in a beautful house, and be the ultimate soccer mom (president of the PTA...on several charity boards etc.)
I'm really worried that i wont get this life, i dont want to sound like a snob...but if i end up living ni a asmall shack, with no husband and no kids, i'll be reallly sad.)
Does anyone ever really get the exact life they want?

Hi im 14/f and i want a bigger butt! My old boyfriend had said i didn't have a butt and boys at my school be joking saying i don't have a butt. So what are some things i could do to get a bigger butt or even just to lift it, Any advice is useful. Thanks!

Does anyone know any good lotions besides dove that help control psoriasis? I have it bad on my head and face and inside my ears. I have already seen the dermatologist but the stuff she gave me didnt help and was very expensive budget wise.

ok i have to wash my hair every day in the mornings when i get up to get ready because its oily and stinks. what can i do to keep my hair cleaner longer and not stink? i condition it and every thing and use a shampoo that doesnt make it oily. help! what can i do because i know its not good to wash your hair every day.

So im a 15/f. I havent had my first kiss yet! Not to sound cocky like at all, but Im cute! I know afew people who like me, and I'm sure wouldnt mind hooking up. So my question is, should I keep waiting for that special person/time for my first kiss? Or should I just hook up with someone and get it over with. can you please name the shampoo and conditioner that you use (or that you know of) and makes your hair shiny and silky and strong??
currently i use fructis sleek and shine... it works ok for me but I was planning on switching to something else.
i've heard that Pantine Pro-V, Herbal Essences, Bed head, and Tres'emme work good
any helpful ideas? thanks bunches

I'm 16 years old, so i know i still have some time, but i have absoulutly NO idea what i want to be when i grow up. I'm not really "good" at anything.
I'm good with detail though, and things like when i have a school project, i am pretty creative (like with the design of it). I can be very committed, and organ ized.
Does anyone have any ideas for me? OR do you know an ACCURATE carrreer aptitude test that is online?

I dont have a date for prom, but I'm still going. And a few of my friends odn't have dates and they're still going, too. But.... is it okay to go to prom without a date? Do people go without dates? Will it be as fun? Will people think you're a lsoer?

my mom and i hate eachother we can never even talk with out flipping out. she says im gothic and she says im suicideal and she says i wear all black every single day. I DO NOT I AM NOT. i never even wore ALL black before! IM NOT SUICIDEAL. maybe if she keeps yelling at me everyday for absolutly nothing. yea i might wear a black shirt and BLUE jeans. i dont even wear black eveyday. i tell her i dont and i dont. I got a stomach virus on Friday. I already had to miss practice, a car wash, and religon. I really don't want to miss school. Pepdo isn't doing such a great job. Any way to feel better?
