CVS/Brooks/Walmart/Walgreens - All of those stores carry TONS of different brands of liquid eyeliner. And they are all for a reasonable price. Don't think "oh those stores are so cheap" because they sell the same makeup as regular makeup stores. =)

if you want the good stuff and you dont mind spending alittle more, i would go with MAC, there make-up is all amazing.

sevenmilliondown is right. Liquid eyeliner is not a luxury item. It is sold wherever makeup is sold. You can get it at WalMart for crying out loud. It might be difficult to find sure, but it's there.
