i know this is random but...is there a actual disease were a guy can have both girl and guy traits

i learned about it in bio
basically the guy has a small dick and gets boobs and his voice gets higher, but the whole time its him.

No disease, but we all have male and female hormones.

Some people have hormonal imbalances. A girl can have too much testostrone and a guy can have too much estrogen.

If someone has a perceived problem-- see a doctor for hormonal tests. Simple blood testing will reveal it.
