how do i make the page numbers start at number one TWO pages after the first page?! i have a cover page, a table of contents, and then i have page one. help?! it says that the table of contents is page 1 cause the settings starts at 0, not -1 !!

in school eevryone tells me i am really pretty and boys always want to hook up with me. my bestfriend says shes really uglly. since the begining of the school year she asked 3 boys out and they all rejected her becase they say shes too ugly. i tried helping her like to boost up her confidence but she has low self asteem and i dont know what to do anymore. like i keep telling her shes pretty and she says she isnt. so my question is how to i boost her confidence or make her prettier. shes a tomboy and she acts kind of manly i really get sad when she tells me shes ugly but i dont know what to do, please help!?

I've been having problems with my so called friends for a long time. I'm not exactly sure what i did but all the sudden it seems like they dont want to talk to me, which is fine because im sick of them anyway. Well I have a problem with one, she thinks she knows everything about what gus like and she doesnt know a thing. Shes annoying and she talking to this boy she knows i like ALOT! and i have a feeling that all three of them are talking to him on porpous just to make me mad. I'm trying not to let it bother me, cause i know they want to see me mad or sad or whatever, but i want to know what to do to get him to stop giving in to them. We are closer then any of the other girls are to him and he even said he likes me best. What do i do to get them to stop? =[

So after 3 1/2 years its over. He broke up with me once. That lasted 1 month. Well, we got back together again just before his birthday in OCT. (Please note he gets extremely depressed around the holidays and his birthday.)During our back together time he was mean, and conveniently unavailable on the weekends all the time.
Well, in January (10th sh) is broke up with me again. It was over the phone and hung up on me when I started to cry. I emailed him a week later and asked for a 500 guitar back that I gave him for x-mas b/c quite frankly, I felt used (as always,) by him. His answer? He had his sister email me at work telling me never to contact him again.
Its been over 4 months with no calls emails or apolog...

Ballet and underwear=help

so i'm a ballerina and i go to a really strict ballet school where you can't wear any type of chiffon skirt or shorts or anything with your leotards and tights- and i've always worn underwear under my tights.
yesterday my ballet teacher saw it and she got so mad and told the whole class that you can't wear underwear with a leotard. Well, here's my problem. My vagina leaks a ton of vaginal discharge all over the place during ballet, and so if i didn't wear underwear it would get all over my leotard and tights. Also- right now I'm about to start my period so I'm afraid i'll get it during ballet tonight.
What can I do about my vagina???
should i tell the ballet teacher this?

so I use a venus vibrance razor to masturbate along with the flat end of a sonicare toothbrush on my clit (razor in the vagina- the non-razor end)
and well i don't use the razor that often anymore because the next day after i use it i get these weird excruciatingly painful vaginal cramps (much like premenstrual ones) when it's not even during my period or close to it.
I don't feel any pain during the penetration- and i don't bleed or anything.

let me start by saying that im the so called "good girl" - 16, good family, kind, mature, nice friends, nice boyfriend, honor student, employed, all that stuff.

well, it's sort of in the friendship/love life section. i wasn't too sure which one to stick it in.
it's my crush's birthday soon and i was wondering what i should get him. anybody got any ideas? i want to get him something nice, but you know, i only got so much money. probably like 20 dollars or so, i can proably even go 30. i mean i thought of the usual cologne idea but he already has enough cologne and i've asked him countless times what he wants me to get him, and he just answers,"whatever you get me will be fine." that didn't help at all.

i really like this guy. so lately i've been making more eye contact, and it TOTALLY seems like he's talking to me more! like we've never really talked before, but then one day i was like, "screw this i gotta talk to him" so i just like asked stupid things like can i borrow your pencil or do we have any homework? & it seems like now he's talking to me more. he seems to be making more eye contact. i think he knows that i like him cause like today, i was talking to my teacher about something, and a few other kids were lining up to talk to her and i was just glancing over each of their faces and i stopped at him and like made eye contact and then i quickly turned away. was that a flirt do-do or no-no?! cause i didnt wanna see...

question about youtube

Hi I have a few questions about uploading on youtube. I have a windows movie maker slideshow that I wanted to put on youtube... can you put slideshows on there? It has music and all it is sort of like a video... What type of file format does the video have to be to be put on youtube? Also, I just got all of my pictures off of the internet of people, am I allowed to do this? They weren't photographers websites or anything... Do I have to OWN the picture to put them in a slideshow on youtube? Thanks

On facebook you have to put a school or something of the sort. Well i messed up and put the wrong school and now i have to have someone confirm from that school that i go there or they'll delete my facebook. i dont know anyone who goes there! Is there a way to take that school off? I've looked around but cant figure it out and i dont want my facebook to get deleted

Alright, so I started stretching my ears just this past sunday. I started at a 20 and bought 16 and 14 gauge earrings from spencers. The 16's went it like nothing, so I tried to put in the 14's. They went in a little tighter, but it didn't hurt at all, bleed,or anything. It's been a couple of days now, and I know normally you're supossed to wait like a week or two before you put new ones in, but I can move it around freely cause i play with the ring a lot. Is it alright if I gauge up another size like today or tomorrow? Oh yeah and what size is it once you go past your ears don't close up anymore?

eyebrows

i use proactiv for my acne and i'm sometimes in a rush and i get some of the solution on my eyebrows. now i'm starting to notice the top parts of my eyebrows are getting orange.
i know this is probably from the benzoyl peroxide in proactiv, but my question is how do i get my eyebrows back to their normal color besides dying them?

16/f i was wondering if anyone knows really good effective ways to lose wieght? i mean i know sit ups and running does the trick but what are some other ways i can do that to like work on my abs, and like "love handles" because i would like to lose a few pounds for the summer. and i was wondering what are some good foods to help lose the weight while doing other things would be affective? your help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
I`m almost 18 years old.. and recently found out that i`m pregnant. I couldn't be more than a month.. Birth control obviously isn`t a hundred percent.. well, i've done way too much to stress out my family and i have way too much planned for me to have a baby right now.
I can`t let my mother know what's happenening.. and my father has always been out of the picture.
My boyfriend is almost 20; he's ready for this, i definately am not. He doesn't really respect my decision.. but i`m going to do what i need to do..
does anyone know what alternative i have since i`m not 18 and can't go and get an abortion on my own? is there anything else..
Please help.. as soon as you can..
