am i fat?

ok i have been like freaking lately because everyone says i have a big butt. and i dont want a big butt. but does that mean im fat? should i start dieting? i've tried but its reeealy hard lol :( im 16 and like 5 feet n 5 inches tall and weigh about 133 pounds. please tel me if you think i should start watching wat i eat oh and by the way im a athlete, a figure skater but i ahvent been skating that much and i keep eating alot so im worried im gunna gain alot of wieght and i realy dont want that to happen. :(

17, f, 5'1", 135 lbs.

I was 148ish before, but I lost the weight (especially after) by going to the gym. I can't do that right now because I don't have the money to spend on it, nor do I have the time since it's senior year and all.

I don't have a huge problem with dieting, except for the occasional cheating out. I usually consume at least 1200-1500 calories a day.

I don't know if this is an actual valid work out plan, but I do Turbo Jam + toning exercises, 5 days a week, an hour max. so I need some help there :X.

Is it realistic to lose 15 pounds by February-Marchish? And another 10 pounds by June?

Toning a petite body?

I am a small person and it is kinda hard to put on weight. Many people think it is a good thing but I don't like being skinny. I am trying to put on weight but now that I do have a little bit more meat on me I want to tone it without losing it. I tried getting together little stretching or workout routines but its really hard to keep up with it. I start to slack off or forget to workout. My question is, what would be the best thing to do: Yoga, stretching, weight lifting etc. Another thought is what if i join a gym? Do you think I would be moer into getting fit. My main concern is my body image, i want to be "sexy" or "hot" or "fit" whatever you want to call it. I want to have a nice frame when im older not jus...

Hey guys I'm try to lose weight but the main problem is my STOMACH. That is literally where all of my fat is and it bothers me so much. It makes me so self conscious. drill team

kay so i REALLY wanna be on the drill team (dance)
and i have dance class everyother day for about 2 hours. tryouts are in march. and almost do the splits if i stretch really well. but you have no idea how much i wanna be on the drill team. ive already started stretching 30 minutes to an hour a day. the thing is im not very flexible cuz im fat (but im on a diet and doing pretty good) yet im self confident and i know i can do anything if i put my mind to it and in this case my mind is set on getting on the team. so my questions are: do you know type of things we will need to preform when i try out? do you sites for better stretches? any advice possible would be great.

The ever so popular turbo jam

so I was reading a thread on a forum (lol), and it was about Turbo Jam, the work out videos.

I heard that it actually gives crazy results, like people losing weight or fat off their body in 2-3 weeks (doing it 5 days a week). But at the same time it's really intense and you have to follow it-- dieting and the like... 5 videos.

Has anyone here tried this before? If so, does it actually work?

so with my clothes on, i look like skinny and fit.
but then when i look at my stomach, its like fat.
i don't eat very healthy or run very often during athletics.
its just the shape of my stomach. like if it was all even i would look skinny.
you can like see my hipbones sticking out i don't know why....?
but then it kinda goes in a little bit, then when it gets to the middle lt like goes out.
and it looks like i'm sucking in even though i'm not.
i don't know why it does this. but its embarresing.
and i have this like red line accros my stomach.
its from like sitting down and i guess from like...rolls? i don't really have rolls.
how do i get it to look normal?
not with running because i can't run.

Okay, so, I'm young.
And no, it's SO not easy to lose weight, or, at least not for me.
I've been somewhat overweight all my life - in fact, the last time I was even relatively skinny, I was about 5 going into Kindgergarden, which is sad.
I don't even KNOW what it feels like to be that way.
I'm 13, going on 14 February 8th.
I've tried everything, diets, working out, even pills.
I really like this guy, and I wanna change to get more of his attention.
I also want to be like everyone else, and be healthy and happy, and actually not gag when I look in the mirror.
I don't really think I eat A LOT, I guess it's just what I eat and how much.
IF at all possible, I REALLY need a plan, die...

alright im 18/f. im about 5'6"
i weigh around 115 lbs. i don't think im fat, AT ALL. when i wear jeans, i have this sort of fat on the inner part of my legs which does bug me and also when i'm wearing jeans i just feel more fat, like my stomach is bulging over my jeans. i don't know why i feel like this! when my stomach is flat? and my arms are so scrawny. i don't have weights at my house, and i don't have money for a membership so is there anything i could do at home for excercising? also i have a flat stomach but i wish i could have at least like a little 4 pack or SOMETHING! i do about 50-75 crunches at night, i TRY to do it every night but i don't see any results. and lastly i have a smaller butt, it's not completely fat but...

I really need help with my face! It gets red SOOO easily and it makes me look like an idiot! It happeneds to my mum, sister and me and I am absolutly sick of it.
When I am feeling cold, my face will be normal, when my temp. is normal, my cheaks will be pink and when i am warm-hot my cheaks & nose are really red! I always get red at school and I am afraid people will notice all the red, and not my actual face. I wear foundation on my whole face but it doesnt seem to do anything (i also wear mascara and black eyeliner on my top eyelid only because it smudges easily on the bottom).
