does anyone know?

how much weight can i gain in a month from drinking weigh powder food supplement. Like, i've been trying to gain weight,so i eat a regular meal, then i drink the supplement. do you guys know how much weight i would gain in a month. i'm trying to gain 10 pounds.

You need to eat more then just a regular meal with the supplement. Nearly double your food intake, especially high carb foods. Continue to also work out at a gym perhaps to develop it all into muscle.









If you cant make it to a gym, just work out by lifting heavy things that you have around your house. maybe ask some friends or family if they have any old weight sets you can use. or just start using an axe to cut down trees. very good for upper body.

No idea about how long, there are tons of other factors. My game plan is as follows

- Eliminate cardio for a few week
- Focus on weight training
- Focus on a good calorie intact with carbs, protein and fiber

Usually, within three months, I can about 10 pounds...
