You need to eat more then just a regular meal with the supplement. Nearly double your food intake, especially high carb foods. Continue to also work out at a gym perhaps to develop it all into muscle.
If you cant make it to a gym, just work out by lifting heavy things that you have around your house. maybe ask some friends or family if they have any old weight sets you can use. or just start using an axe to cut down trees. very good for upper body.

well basically if he's being more of an idiot than usual, then you know he likes you.
they tend to do that.
i guess if he seems really attentive to what youre saying but then doesnt want to show his undying interest.
it also depends on what he's talking about.
if he asks you about yourself, trying to get information about you, he's most likely flirting or interested.
if he talks to you about school or something then he probably just sees you as a school buddy.

Hi, me and my boyfriend have been dating for 3 years. I love him soo much I just find that we do not do much together. We don't have much money to spend but sometimes go out to watch a movie. I want to know what are things we can do later at night that don't cost much. I work during the day on week days and he works evenings weekends so when we see each other we end up watching tv or doing seperate things and than going to sleep. its hard for me to tell you because i dont really know places around where you live, but i can tell you what i do with my bf.
hookah bar, really fun.
bowling.
playing pool.
jsut going for a walk in the woods.
we have coffee houses around my house, so maybe go there and just have some coffee and chill, sometimes theres bands playing or theres a comedy night or an improv night.
go check out new bands at small venues, and expand your music taste and knowledge.

they just gave you youre own account and email adress to make you like their school and want to go, like to try to make you feel like you already belong there.
all colleges do that, trust me, i already went through the application process.
and no you dont have to let them know if you dont want to go there, you just have to find one colloge you do want to go to, and let THEM know.

find something out about him that would really annoy you, and then just like think about it constantly when you see him.
like he says something annoying, or he has ugly hair, i dont know, anything!
and then when you see him try to think of just that and nothing else.
it might help.
theres really no other way to stop liking someone.
but the fact that he's only dating your friend to get to you, should make you realize that he's a shady person and kindof an asshole, so you should see right away that he's not a very good guy if he is using one of your good friends like that, cuz you know that in the end, she will get hurt, and i dont think you want that.

ok so i have pretty bad skin. quite a few spots and some old scars from spots. im pretty sure its not acne though. i hate covering it with make up cos i want to be able to feel comfortable going to school not wearing any.
is there any good creams, facewash or cures that actually work. cos ive tried sooo many.
also it has to be sold in the UK and be fairly cheap. i am a student.

i have a fujifilm finepixZ100 5x fujinon optical zoom lens 8.0 omega in gray and i love it.
i knwo they offer them in pink, black and white, and purple also, but i chose the gray.
its a good camera, takes excellent pictures and wasnt all that expensive, maybe like 300$ with the guarentee and everything.
it really great though, and i love it, so give it some thought.

i have sex i have been having sex since i was 13 and i don't know weaither this has anything to do with what is going on with my body, but i figured i would ask anyways. so, almost everytime i have sex just recently like the past 9 months, i have swelling in my labia and its very tender... well just recently i have been having sex a lot and the same thing is happening but the swelling is taking longer to go away, and its just appearing on the left side, and it almost feels like its bruised, and it hurts really badly to pee. could it be an ingrown hair? well last night i was in the shower and i also noticed that in my groin area is really swollen and feels like i was kicked in the groin.. the bump is really hard and when i walk it hurts... i have a brase on my leg because i have a broken foot and its lifted in the air quit often... so i might have just pulled it or something but it really scares me.
i told my mom about the groin swelling but not about the other shit because she doesn't know i have sex but i am on birth control and i'm scared to go to the doctors.

you have privacy options, and the gynocologist will not tell your mom that you are sexually active.

ugh i dont think anyone has used a crimper since like 1980.
but anyway, i think what you can do is like get those rollers that are like foamy and have the wire in the middle.
take smallish sections of your hairs and roll them up, then put some hairspray in it to hold.
then take it out and see if it looks good.

well i've been shaving down there for about a year and a half. i'm not really sexually active, i just do it for myself because otherwise i think it's gross and well sooner or later i'll be needing to do it when i'm with a boy. i use the shaving cream called skintimate and i have the venus razor. and afterwards, i put lotion on it. why does it grow back so fast though? like i will do it once a week and right after it will be SO smooth and the next day i will have stubbles already, it's kind of annoying. also when you become sexually active, whats the right amount of times a week you should be shaving if you want the "smoothest feeling" i love that feeling right after shave, it's the smoothest i've ever felt it but it never stays like that :[ any suggestions? thanks. oh by the way im 17/f. theres no way to keep it smooth all the time.
and you dont want to shave everyday or it will become irritated and you will get razor burn, and thats never fun.
so id say that for now, just keep shaving as you are.
once a week is fine, especially if you dont have to worry about any guys down there.
btu when you do become sexually active, maybe do it twice a week, depending on how often you have sex.
youll never get that ''smoothest feeling'' all the time unless you do shave everyday.
and besides, guys are so hairy that they really dont mind if you have a bit of stubble.
men dont notice imperferctions if they have a naked girl in front of them.
