Honestly, the only thing you can do if your not doing it already, is gargle with warm salt water. Dont swallow it, just gargle with it. It helps it heal a little bit faster. Its not a miracle treatment, its not like your gonna gargle for one day and be good as new, but it does help. Other than that just let nature take its course and take the pain meds, if they prescribed you any. I do feel your pain tho. Its one of the most frustrating things. I know it sucks and it hurts so a lot, but just do exactly what they tell you to. Take all your medicine when you're supposed to. And eat ice cream!Well try going for the sherbert because anything with choclate will probably burn your throat. That helped me out a lot. This all may seem really obvious. I dunno, but leave the scabs alone! =] [ batteredxdreams's advice column | Ask batteredxdreams A Question ]
