The ever so popular turbo jam

Question Posted Thursday November 13 2008, 9:43 pm

so I was reading a thread on a forum (lol), and it was about Turbo Jam, the work out videos.

I heard that it actually gives crazy results, like people losing weight or fat off their body in 2-3 weeks (doing it 5 days a week). But at the same time it's really intense and you have to follow it-- dieting and the like... 5 videos.

Has anyone here tried this before? If so, does it actually work?

One of my friends tried it awhile back and she seemed to like it and it did work because she looks amazing but it gets really tough and the first 2 weeks will be hard like you whole body will hurt and you will feel like giving up but just keep trying and eat a lot of fruits and drink water and after your workout fill your tub with ice and sit in it that will ease the pain.
