alright im 18/f. im about 5'6"
i weigh around 115 lbs. i don't think im fat, AT ALL. when i wear jeans, i have this sort of fat on the inner part of my legs which does bug me and also when i'm wearing jeans i just feel more fat, like my stomach is bulging over my jeans. i don't know why i feel like this! when my stomach is flat? and my arms are so scrawny. i don't have weights at my house, and i don't have money for a membership so is there anything i could do at home for excercising? also i have a flat stomach but i wish i could have at least like a little 4 pack or SOMETHING! i do about 50-75 crunches at night, i TRY to do it every night but i don't see any results. and lastly i have a smaller butt, it's not completely fat but what are some exercises i could do to tigthen it up, possibly make it a little bigger looking. sometime's i'll do like wall sits, or i'll bend my knees and put my arms straight out as i go up and down but i feel like this is not working? well thanks, sorry so many questions but i don't know much about working out!
Believe it or not but... Power Walking uses up more muscles then what running does. A Half an hour at least 3 times a week of power walking will make your muscles heavier and you will becomes very fit.

i suggest running a little bit everyday, then the next week, running a little further. and so on.
