okay well my grandparents have a yaht and we jump off the top which is a little ways down into the water and i'm going on it this weekend but i'm almost positive i will have my period which means tampons, which i don't use to many of but would i be able to jump off without it going way up?

I just started running again today and i stink! Im so out of shape. What are some good ways to get better at running. I need to get in good shape for fall sports. i know its far away but practices start in summer and summmer is on its way! thankss :]

Salad Dressing Recipe

I went to this restaurant a couple months ago (the kind wherethe chef guy cooks right in front of you) and they served this salad with AMAZING dressing and I've been dying to have it again but since I can't get to the restaurant, I've been looking for the recipe online. But I haven't had very much luck, so I'm coming here for advice! :)
It was kind of creamy dressing, and tasted a lot like soy sauce. I've looked all over the internet for a soy sauce salad dressing but I can't find any that aren't like, vinegarettes.
I don't know how much help that is, but if someone could at least point me in the right direction, i would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks! :)

Well, I find I am very odd. I always feel depressed when i'm not with my friends. Most of the time I feel like there blowing me off everytime I want to do something with them. I'm wondering if there is something mentally wrong with me :S

Even I don't know what to do.
O.K., my boyfriends of 9 months is the greatest guy I have ever met. We are planning to get married too. But there is a problem. His mother. A couple of days ago, he called me and told me that his mother told him to tell me to give her respect and to answer her when she says who is calling, or I can't talk to him, and he can't talk to me. Even though, I do give her respect, and she never answers the phone and asks me that, considering that I usually only call his cell phone. I want to punch her in the face like there is no freakin tomorrow. But I want to know what to do to figure out what she wants, why she hates me, what I did to her, and what I should do to solve this stupid pointless problem.

scar medication HELP

Ok well I have no idea how long should i leave the medicine on my sister's head. I was thining of puttign it on her and just washing it off before she sleeps because she moves everywhere when she sleeps and her cut is above the eye so the medication might go into her eye.

Shaving OUCH

okey, my underarms are weird, they have like a verry deep indent in them, and i cant shave them because my shaver is too thick to fit, and ive tried a smaller shaver but it just doesnt work for me, i end up having to move the skin to a flatter area, and it hurts really bad, because the skin is really tender. i dotn know what to do. can you help please? what about nair for underarms doesnt that work? has anyone ever used nair? thanks so muchin advance

13/f ok so i like this boy lets call him T. since 6th grade. and mi friend has like him for 2 years. well she REALLY likes him. so she invited him to a party and he was the only boy tht showed up. and she likes him and he likes her. but i would ask him out before her if i wasn't short and fat and unatractive. kuz i really like him. becauce he is a good student sweet guy and just really nice. shes fianlly gonna ask him out tomorow. what do i? i hate being jealous because he is soooooooooo nice. and i REALLY like him!

i cant take school anymore. its annoying the shit out of me, and its getting harder and harder every day, especially math and science. ive always wanted to go to college and have a good futute but im now beginning to think that all of that doesnt matter anymore since i hate school SOO much. i dont understand ANYTHING in math, and i pay attention too. i fail EVERY quiz and my math grade was a B- last week, so this week's progress report i'm probably gonna get a D. my effed up teacher gives a quiz EVERY week i am not kidding. every week, we have a quiz or test in math and science and in science the questions are so fucking hard, they arent in the science book, they arent on google, they arent anywhere. i just dont know what the hell to do. i ...

okay this is urgent because i am getting more and
more depressed as time goes on.
heres my problem:
it started out as me becoming obsessed with the way i look and always wanting to look in mirrors.
then i thought i was so pretty and had a nice body.
i questioned myself "is this really me?" "do i look this good?"
now its at the point where i believe i am super obesse but when i look in the mirror i see a nice body.
i think that g-d gave me a gift of having the perspective of a nice bodied girl
like feeling / experiencing what she does.
i don't know what to do.
i feel like crap.
