special k diet

I'm just starting this special k diet where you replace breakfast and lunch with one bowl of special k cereal and then dinner you just eat what you normally would. anyways i have been doing it now for about 4 days, and it says you can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. i've been doing really good on it and i've been excercising a lot too, but i'm wondering if anyone has tried this or knows anything about it, like if it really works and stuff. any advice on this is appreciated very much! thanks. 15/f if that helps :)

okay so my friends and i are going camping with school this friday and we signed up to have our tent next to my best friend's crush's tent! were so excited cause its full of cute boys :] and my best friend's crush was flirting with her today and he said that hes going to prank us and do stuff to our tent and he was hinting around that theyre going to play tricks on us and stuff so what are some good ideas to get back at them that wont get us in huge trouble with the chaperones :] thanx! iloveyouu<33

yeah i kinda asked that question yesterday even though it wasn't a question.. i just wanna say that i still back up most of the things i said but i do understand that i should have said it in a calmer and not so negative matter. i was wrong & i apologize to those who i hurt (haha) even though you guys all think im a whiny teenager. i'm really nothing like that i was just trying to speak my mind. i really do LOVE advicenators and i'm kinda addicted and i don't wanna leave although many people want me to. some people on this site judge people unfairly, but the majority on this site are nice people and infact give good advice.

when there are 2 people on a date to a movie theater and they are sitting down in chairs, well how are you supposed to 'cuddle' like i know he puts his arm around you but what is the girl supposed to do if she's sitting down?

Stroke Victims

Okay so our housekepper had a stroke and had to move in with her sister a few weeks ago. How long should I expect for her to be gone. How long are most stroke victims "down"? I dont mean to be insensitive but we really need her back.

Ok Well I don't know what it is but it's like a pimple that's not pussy or a bump and it's the size of my thumb.
It's on the side of my left legs above my knee.
In 4 days there was like a red ring going around it (like how a nipple has that dark ring around it).
It's been a week and now it's kinda dark kinda liek a purple and red colour mixed.
I don't know if it'll stay or go away..I'm ogign swimmign in 2 days so i hope it goes away cuz it grosses me out and my head keeps shouting MOLEY MOLEY MOLEY!

okay so i just got my heart broken. i really liked this guy and i THOUGHT that he maybe liked me.all my friends thought he did too. especially since 3 days ago he asked me out on date which ended up being cancelled. so on friday me and one of his friends who i talk to alot made this deal. .... if i kissed my guy then he was going to kiss my friend who he liked.so today came around and i was pretty sure that i was going to do it. then i realized that he was acting realy weird. so i decided no to do it and later on without me knowing one of my friends asked him if he liked me for the millionth time(my friends never stop) and he said no. he said he thinks i am pretty and all but that he just wants to be friends.now i dont know what to do and ...

i use cool edit pro 2.0 music makeing software if any one uses this awesome recording software (i have only had it 3 days) could ya give any tips please i have only just got to grips with recording, overlaying recordings, putting in music and playing to that, deleting an all. i could do with help with a good website were i can download drum loops and i can get a preview or something (bongos would be good too please cause i like to play alot of easy listening music like jack johnson and ben harper an stuff ^_^) thanks alot in advance :P
