Prom. I need advice

hi. i would like to ask. How to ask a gal to a prom? i am kinda bad in asking. I am looking a proper way to ask. I have a gal that i wish to ask. But for the past months. I been asking her out, but she is too busy, and she said i can keep trying to ask her and she can reject.haha. I am really interested in asking her out. We never went out before. But we chat quite a lot. Sometimes on the phone. Sometimes msn. Now i have the chance that there is a prom coming. I would like to seek advice. She is age 16 this year. While i am 19 at college. She is pretty, mature gal (tough job). So i am requesting for your help. Thanks

Birth Control

I want to get birth control cause i'm thinking that I want to have sex with my 18 yeaf old boyfriend. I'm 17. But I don't want to ask my mom for that. I don't like to talk to her about that kind of stuff. So is there a way to get it without talkin to her or should I just tell her I want it but not for that reason?

i met all of my best friend's homegirls n homeboys, and they were pretty cool. the homegirls kept telling me i was quiet, n the guys said that too. usually, with my friends, i'm really talkative, but for some reason, with them im really shy. what are some things i can talk about with them? like what can i say to them? how do i start a conversation n keep one going? its so weird cos i feel so awkward with them.

i know we all hate these questions but im clueless here. i have NO idea what to get my boyfriend for our one year. i spent over $250 on him for christmas and for valentines day gave him candy and a list of "100 reasons why i love you". he downloads all his music so he has every song he wants so i cant burn a cd. and im not doing a scrap book w/ pictures. concert tickets arent an option. i want to get him something he like so i thought about guitar strings or picks but at the same time i want it to be special for our one year ya kno? hes taking me out to dinner & a movie and getting me something but i dont know what. any ideas?

Pool Hair Damage

I got a perm like a year ago and its still in!!! it doesnt look good when i scrunch it though, so i just have to straighten all of it. But i have gone to the pool like A LOT and my hair is really starting to feel dry...which i dont like...
i konw the straightening, perm and pool together only ask for my hair to be dry...but i reallyyy take good care of my hair and i put lots of product on it before i straighten it. Is there anything that i can put on my hair after i go to the pool?? I cannot do the thing where you put conditioner on your hair before getting in the pool and leaving it on. Right now the only thing that works is this moisture-lock face mask...i put it on my hair and it works really well!! but i'm almost out and it was ...

What should i do...one of my exes started ignoring me after a while and wouldnt respond to stuff, and i think i stil have feelings for him. But the thing that bothers me is he only talks me when he wants to..and he says stuff liek he's sorry and that he cares..but should i believe him? i dont know...just maybe..you could help?

my best guy friend and i have gotten a little flirtier than usual lately. today he told me not to accept his other best girl friend (who i dont know) on myspace, and not to tell her my screen name. when i asked why he said "because she wants to talk to you really bad and im a fraid of what she mite say" im lyk "why?" and he sent me a convorsation of him and her and she was saying how she thought he liked me and how she thought i liked him .. keep in mind ive never met this girl. lately i have been thinking that he likes me, and i like him... a lot=] should i make a move? if so, how?

I have a boyfriend and we use to use to go to the same school until he started a new one.Now we can't stop but to c eachother. The thing is in persn we can't stop talking but then when we are talking it's so hard to come up with a subject on the phone. I a horrible at getting people presents. But, my boyfriends birthday is coming up and I want to get him something he will for sure like. I can't like, get him a car but other than that money is not a problem, there is no budget. He likes confederate flags, umm...western movies, and stuff like that. Any ideas? thanks!

so heres my story. i had sex unprotected about a week and a day ago. it was the pull out method. soo i took the plan b pills. usually when i take them ill get my period exactly 7 days after. yeah that didnt happen this time. so about 2 days after i was suppose to get it from the pills i took a pregnancy test and it came up neg. last time i got my period was at the end of last month. so im due for it coming up. does anyone have any advice or relationship to this situation?

So Im trying to stay fit and going on bike rides. Yet I dont want to get stopped by a cop saying its illegal for me to ride my bike. Anyways.. what is NJ law on helmets? :/ The guy at the store said 14 and under and then people keep saying 17 and under. WHICH IS IT?

okay, so there is this guy and we both like eachother and we both know it to. (( like i know he likes me and he knows i like him )) and well now im really starting to like him and want him to ask me out, but im not so sure if he like wants to wait till summers over or if he is just shy. doesnt anyone know how i can speed things up a bit without me asking him out.

I was wondering about the birth control YAZ. I really do not want to gain weight and I heard on this pill you don't but you have extremely bad mood swings. Is this true? Also is there any other pill where you don't gain weight, I know that it is different for everyone.
