I got a perm like a year ago and its still in!!! it doesnt look good when i scrunch it though, so i just have to straighten all of it. But i have gone to the pool like A LOT and my hair is really starting to feel dry...which i dont like...
i konw the straightening, perm and pool together only ask for my hair to be dry...but i reallyyy take good care of my hair and i put lots of product on it before i straighten it. Is there anything that i can put on my hair after i go to the pool?? I cannot do the thing where you put conditioner on your hair before getting in the pool and leaving it on. Right now the only thing that works is this moisture-lock face mask...i put it on my hair and it works really well!! but i'm almost out and it was a sample so i'm wondering what other products would work. i have a shampooo and conditioner for dry hair that i use regularly. i know this was long so thanks for everyone who answers and i will rate!!
If you don't want to try that, go to your local pool supply store and see if they have a spray in wash that moisturizes your hair. I used to use it all the time, but can't remember the name of it. You sprayed it in immediately after getting out of the pool, it also prevented blonde hair from turning green.
If you can't find that, try a swim cap. If you don't have an allergy to latex, latex swim caps are the best. If you do, there are several other great options out there. [ nonamecat's advice column | Ask nonamecat A Question ]

good luck (: [ alwaysmile's advice column | Ask alwaysmile A Question ]
