is running in place the same as running on a treadmill? like does it have the same effect? i cant run outside bc the middle of a Georgia summer isnt the best for running ha.

The treadmill allows you to increase/ decrease your speed as well as simulate going up and down hills, thus working different muscles than just running in place on flat ground.
