I'm really mad right now. I wont get into details but today has just NOT been going my way. I used to be a cutter and smoker. I'm only 15 and I quit both a long time ago and really don't want to start one or even both again. Right now I'm really stressed and mad. Anyone have any tips for me?

15/f. i know that in order to lose stomach fat you need to eat healthy and do cardio. so i already eat healthy, and my stomach is almost flat, but not quite there yet. so what is some cardio exercises that i can do in my house?
I already do about 150 crunches and 100 bicycles everyday, but now i'm reading that this wont get me a flatter stomach, it will just build muscle. so what can i do differently? and i would like it to be something that i don't need to buy and can do indoors. thanks :]

Is there really a big difference between 14 and 15?

Okay there's this guy and he's 17 and he likes a girl thats 15 and he doesnt like me because im 14! I dont really understand! Why do people think there is such a BIG difference between them? It really makes me mad. Everyone always says im too young and when they see a 15 year old thats only a year older than me well they say no shes not that young but you oh no you, you are a year younger and thats way too young for sex or even making out! Oh my god you do not know how much this makes me mad! I've been waiting forever to grow up and nobody respects me because Im so little and i have sorta a baby face so they just all think im young and they think my cuz thats 15 is sooooooo much older than me and she's not she's a year and like 3 months!

A lot of people recommend going to a gym to work out but like I don't know any gyms besides Extreme Fitness, in my area. (richmondhill/markham/toronto... etc.) if anyone knows any, that would help a lot :D!

I am having some bleeding and its way too early for my period but i am having heavy bleeding and no clotting. I had sex like a week ago and the guy did use protection but it could have broke or something. I heard that if you are pregnant you cant use a tampon but I am using one and its kind of comfortable. But I just need some advice on what may be happening and I dont have the money right now to buy a pregnancy test. I am only 17 I really need some advice..please help me thank you

boyfriends dad caught us together (not the first time), well we were in his room with the door locked. when his dad opened it, he told my boyfriend to leave.. with me. Basically, hes not allowed to see me for two months. I dont know what to do, i fucking love this boy so much, we've been together for over a year. But we cant sneak around to see eachother, thats how we got caught. I can either break up with him or just not see him for the whole summer. I'm really upset by this, and his father doesn't speak english so talking to him is out of the question. But i cant go two months without seeing him.. i love it when he hugs me or sends me cute little textmessages. My parents dont care about me, only he does. I dont know what to do. i'm not sure if any other cities [or towns, as the one i'm in] do this, but every friday night at midnight at a local cinema, a theater company puts on the rocky horror picture show. one of my best friends goes almost every week, and this friday we're going. it's always themed, and everyone always dressed really provocativel/slutty. but other than that, i don't really know what it is. is it an actual show, like a play production, or is it a movie [although i know its based on the movies], or what. if anyone has any idea, that would be helpful (:
