stomach

Question Posted Wednesday June 27 2007, 10:52 pm

15/f. i know that in order to lose stomach fat you need to eat healthy and do cardio. so i already eat healthy, and my stomach is almost flat, but not quite there yet. so what is some cardio exercises that i can do in my house?

I already do about 150 crunches and 100 bicycles everyday, but now i'm reading that this wont get me a flatter stomach, it will just build muscle. so what can i do differently? and i would like it to be something that i don't need to buy and can do indoors. thanks :]

Something that will help is drinking 8 glasses of water a day.Yes I've bet you've heard this before, but it has worked for me. During marching practice for band, I'd usually drink around a gallon of water a day, and I did lose a ton of weight.
Another thing would be to do some stretching to loosen up your muscles and joints. Stretching will increase your heart rate, which in turn will help brake down fat faster.
:)

leg lifts - i think that's what they're called. it's where you lay on the ground and life up your legs together - it works your stomach a LOT. and also stand up holding dumbells (can be light) and bend down sideways both ways

hope i helped
