My mum yells at me for slightst thing and i end up in tears but i can't stand up to her because i'm to scared.What should i do?

Long story short, 2 of my nephews got into a small fight with some other kids. I don't know who started it, but my brother in law was mad. He was so mad that he said: "Next time that n*qqer b**ch hits you, you hit them back." My mom and some other ppl heard him. His wife (my sister) is black, his sons are half black and his 2 step sons are black. He hates to be around my family, but he's married to my sister. He told my mom to excuse his language and that what he said didn't matter because the family is black except him. Wasn't he wrong for saying that?

My mom is disappointed in me

today when i got home from school she told me she had to talk to me. My mother had found my tumblr. Yes, there were plenty of things i shouldn't have blogged about. I know they were wrong, bad words, drugs, anything a mother would be disappointed about was on that tumblr. She was extremely disappointed. She started crying and i started crying. Now she thinks that's the type of person i am, but i honestly am not. I just blogged those things to look cool or because other people thought it was funny. I know, very very immature. i was trying to help my dad today but he got mad because i wasnt doing it right, ive never been so hurt of what he said to me. i cried alot. i feel so alone because my dad was the only person i can really talk to.. i just want to know is it ok if my dad swears at me sometimes?

Hello All, for the past few years I have stood up to my mother and sister. I have helped raised my nephews for years now. They are finally grown and they live on their own now because I won't allow them to live with me anymore. They have done everything you can think of in the past. Examples: robbery, stolen been disrespectful, stabbed one another, brought a gun in my home etc. My mother and sister think I am just being selfish and mean. One works and the other one doesn't my mother supports him totally so much that she can't support herself. I support her I have given her four of my cars in the past. Can I move out at 16 in Australia without parents consent?

I live in New South Wales Australia. I am 16 and wanted to move out of home for 3 years now. I have run away from home once when I was 15 but was taken home by police.
They told me I could move out when I was 16 but many people have told me I can't.
I live with 2 Alcoholic parents and can't stand the fighting.
I would really like to know if I can move out at 16 without parents consent and NOT be taken home by police.

My Dad Won't Stop Touching My Stuff!

So every night, I sleep in my room. I have an alarm that goes off about 8 times on my phone (I have a pass code on my phone, so he can't turn it off but he can turn it off by sliding my phone) and he always turns it off because it's "annoying" - Yet HE GETS MAD AT ME WHEN I'M LATE TO SCHOOL!
Plus, he turns off my TV and leaves my door open every night. My TV isn't loud and my door is SHUT NO MATTER WHAT.
What do I do? He turns off my alarms and gets me in trouble at school, he turns off my TV, touches my things in my room, and he leaves my door open. My mom NEVER does this. I'm getting really annoyed at him. Advice please?

Unreasonable Mum

I'm 17/f
So my mum has always been like really overprotective of me and things, as in she barely lets me walk out of the house alone and when I do I have to bring my phone and text her, and she also tells me what coat to wear and things, despite me saying I'm old enough blah blah blah to decided.
Also, we always get in arguments. Like she woke me up today, just by coughing in the small hours on the landing but really loudly, so I jsut, you know groaned. And she went BALISTIC.
All day she's been going on how I shouted at her in the night and things, and I feel like saying well I'm just a teenager, and occaisonally I do get moody. But she doesn't understand!
I am going to Uni inSeptember, but want to solve this now.
What should I do to solve this?

I am 13 and have ADHD and anger management problems and me and my mom got into a huge argument and I hit her so she destroyed my Xbox. I got really mad and threatened to beat her to death. She then burned my shooting range membership and ran over all my guns with her car. I got really mad after that and punched her. She then slapped me, kicked me and threw me on the ground and drive away. This all happened like 5 minutes ago so she is still out

me and my boyfriend were watching a movie at home together. my parents were supposed to take my 5 year old sister for ice cream so i could be alone with him but they never went.so he leaned in to kiss me so we did. my little sister saw it all and yelled that we were kissing and he asked to go and left.

How should I prepare my daughter for a visit to a jail?

her 22 year old sister is in jail for one year for financial crimes. I have decided to allow her younger 17 year old sister to visit but I don't want her to be affected badly by the visit and I am not sure if she really should be in a prison environment, also she might sympathize with her sister and want to "join" her in some weird way or want to get involved in criminal activities as well. I am still wondering if this is a good idea at all. How can I prepare her and what should I tell her beforehand.
is it even a good idea to let her visit?

today i asked my mum when i woke up if she could take me to the shops so i could get a couple of things coz i was running out of toiletries and she said yea sure give me 5 minutes. so i gave her 5 minutes like she said and by the time i got to her room she was out and ready to go in to town and so was i and then she says to me can you watch the boys while i go and get some things from n town and then she walks out the door and takes my little sister with her. when she got back i asked her if she could take me into town and she said why didn't you ask me before i left and i said i already asked you before when you wher...

i dont know me anymore.my people ,the ones i care about ,i no longer feel they care for me.it really really hurts me n then i try to make them feel bad and hurt them in return,and then things get more complicated.they begin to think of me as the one who hurts them whereas i did whatever i did to make them care for me.

I don't know what to do. My mom is too emotionally dependent on me. (I'm 15) If I'm at my dad's house she calls every five minutes until I get back home. When I was a kid she would take me to work and even her dates. My earliest memory (I was six) is being in a cold car at midnight in the winter while my mom parked cars. (She worked at a valid parking) I respect her for being a single mother but she hurry me emotional in so many ways. She makes fun of my sadness. She always thinks I defend my dad when they fight.
I don't it's healthy for her to keep on taking care of me. She needs to grow up.
