I searched keywords for zit remedies, and it gave me some good ideas (so sorry for spamming). But I'm fifteen, and I've never really had that many zits. I mean, I've had occassional ones, but i have two big ones on my chin, and one coming in between my eyebrows, and I start school on Thursday (yeah, I'm lame. So?) and I want them (or at least the bigger ones) to go awayyy. I know they can't go away completely, but I at least when the redness to go away. I've read about ice and such, I tried toothpaste on it, and stuff. I'm probably irratating it. But what about the redness? Helppp. Thank you.

ughh i can never sleep! it's because of my summer sleep schedual, so i'm trying to go to sleep every night a half hour earlier because school starts next week, but it doesn't make a difference. like, last night i watched tv til 1, read til 2(because i still wasnt tired,) and ended up falling asleep around 3. maybe after. nothing makes me tired, i even tried counting backwards from 100 like, 4 times. i told my mom and she was like well go to bed eariler, so i told her that doesnt work and she said to read, and i told her that doesn't work either, so she just like, walked away she doesnt listen to me. everr. so are there any ways that i can get tired? i want to be asleep for school by 11/11.30 pleasseee hellpp ?

(not sure if this is in the right category, if not SORRY!) anyway my big problem is i had my FIRST ever period on July 5th, and i havn't had it since! i'm really really worried. and i've never had sex so it wouldn't be that i'm pregnant. (i'm 14)
also, i'm pretty sure it was a period and not my hymen broke. because it lasted for 4 days.
please help me, i've been worried since august 20th! thanks.

ok whenever i swallow (like hard or forcefully kinda) it feels like i'm swallowing a lump. its kinda bitter, and its at the the back of my throat. it kinda almost feels like its made up of mucus. what is it? i've had it for at least 4 years if that helps any

ok so i have a lot of discharge, and i have not had my period yet.well the discharge is ruining all my underwear. i live with my dad cause my mom passed away.if u tell me to get pads or something like that, tell me how to deal with telling my dad or how to get them.

I am a 15 year old girl in the 10th grade. i have been under alot of stress. I am pregnant, My parents are getting a divorce, My mom and i are moving out into an apartment, My boyfriend and i have started to argue you alot. Althoug it got better for a couple weeks until this weekend. Also i lost alot of friends because i was pregnant. i had to put up with alot of people saying rude things. or that i better not walk the streets or ill get shot etc. i started cutting to decrease the stress and let my problems just be released i find that it helps but i need to stop. please help me! tell me how to stop.

the first time i tried putting a tampon in it went right it and i couldnt feel it the next time i tried i couldnt get it and it hurt really bad so i went back to pads and its been like a couple months but today i have a swim party to go to and i tried putting a tampon in and i can gett all of it in except like a centimeter and it hurt because i get it all in and when i peed it started expandind on the outside and it just kinda pushed itself out i dont undertand how to get it in all the way
