Staying Healthy

Everyone wants to be healthy and in good shape, correct? Help a girl out!!!
1. How many calories a day should we take on average for a 14/Girl
2. How many hours should I exercise if I don't do a sport. Should I walk for 30 minutes and do pushups, sit ups, etc. in my room for 30 minutes?
Any more information to keep healthy, tell me!

Im going to try crack or coke with my friend in a couple days for the first time so my question is, if i only do it once, what can happen? Can i form an addiction right away? Whats worse crack or coke? I'm going to try the one thats less harmful on my body. People with experience plz help. so far ive drank alcohol, smoked pot and cigarettes, and taken speed. So i know what its like to be high and drunk or whatever. pls advice ppl. thanks

How do you know if you got herpes ? And how do you get it ? Can you get it from sucking dick ? What would happen if you kissed someone & you have herpes ? Would they like get bumps on their lips & like break out on their mouth or something ? PLEASE TELL MEEEE

hey its kendra and i have these weird things around my privet area. it might sound werid but, theres this thing its darker like purpleish brown sometimes and its a longg line bump thing. and sometimes it bleeds weird like gooey pinkish red blood
and then theres this other one thats this red bump that is like big and werid. its not near my vaginal hole either.
help please,ill rate high
could it be like hemroids or something?

i'm skiiny but not annerexcic...i promise...i eat alot and i never get full and i can't help it...i can eat a meal be full for 10 seconds then get hunry again..well..not hungry but not full...i don't know why..and while eating i don't gain much weight eitheer...i want gqain arm waeight...if you look at me i'm good skinny..like healthy skinny...but my arms are long and look annerexic...
i'm 14/f and i'm 100 lbs...
do people think i'm anneraxic??...how do you gain arm weight??

having menstration for a week is just natural for me. but this time is quite different cause its been more than a week now and my blood flow is still fast whenever i pee. i want to know if this is ok or should i consult a doctor about my situation?

ok i just turned 13 a week ago and i'm in 7th grade, and i havn't had a boyfriend yet...i'm pretty sure its because... i'm ugly, i mean i wear glasses i'm 5'0 or 5'1 and i'm fat... (135) waht do i do?? i cant talk to a friend or cousin or aunt, and my mom passed away. so i live with my dad. what should i do?? please please please help me. o and if u say maybe to change my hairstyle, tell me a site or link please p.s. i have brown hair and the length is the middle of my arm befor my elbow.

Belly Rings !!

HI people I'm 17. Sorry to ask something stupid like this. But I wanted to know a couple of things before i go out and get a belly ring. One, would it look ok or good on someone that's not overweight, but not a stick either. Two, does it hurt ? I mean I have a tattoo, but I’m not sure what a belly piercing feels like. Three, what are the goods, and bad’s of belly rings. If any of you can help me out with this it will mean a lot. Thanks and hope you all have a nice day.

last night me and my friend were at a volleyball game and all of a sudden she started getting numb in her fingers and her head started to really hurt and she siad she got dizzy. then the numbness spread and eventually it was like her arms down to her knees and she said it really hurt to move her arms and so she would stop moving her arms and she felt like they were stuck and she couldn't move them so she'd try to move them and they'd start to really hurt agian. she said that she was still dizzy. i wanted to get a security gaurd just because i thought we should get someone but i told her to stay and she wouldn't let me go. she said it just kept getting worse when i kept asking her if she felt any better but she refused to let me get anyone. ...

Okayy, SO. Everyone says your supposed to shave your vag? I don't get why. I want to but when I'm about to lets say my hair's are 'to long' so it feels like i'm pulling them when i shave it kinda hurts but gives me chills, what should i do?

When I get upset/depressed/sad .. I get cold. My hands are like ice.. and I'm shivering... my teeth chatter and my arms have goosebumps.. and I feel.. dead.
Is there something wrong with me?

ok, i don't know it this is the right subject, but ihave a problem. ok my vagina burns like really bad. i have no idea why. then i get this sensation where i have to go to the bathroom really bad but only alittle pee comes out and then it burns. i haven't had sex so i don't have a STD, but what do you think could be the matter?
