having menstration for a week is just natural for me. but this time is quite different cause its been more than a week now and my blood flow is still fast whenever i pee. i want to know if this is ok or should i consult a doctor about my situation?

If you're only having blood flow when you are urinating, or if it is painful when you urinate, if you're having extremely bad cramps/back pain, you should see a doctor immediately - this could be a urinary tract infection or kidney infection. If you're not having those signs, wait till the end of ten days and if you're still on your period, consult a doctor.

HoNeStMiStAkE16 answered Friday September 29 2006, 11:36 pm: I would go see the doctor..but i do know that thats normal. like some of my friends have there period for up to like 10 days...and they went to the doctor and he just gave them a pill or something to help.
