"I am 13 years old and I had been having panic attacks over the last few months. They are the most scary things I have endured in a long time, but then I heard about, Overcoming Panic Attacks. I bought the book and since reading the book and applying what it says I have not had a panic attack for over a month now."

First you need to sit down some where any where that you feel very comfortable and then I want you to just close your eye and relax when you do say or think to your self "RELAX" and then take a deep brethe and breathe out slowly and try to feel your self relaxing just let go of all outter noises and when your totaly calm then I want you to see and image inside your head the number three, and when you see it just breate slowly and try to see the number two, then breathe slowly, then the number 1 and breathe slowly... when you do this you relax all of you muscles and joints and then your brain can focus on what is wrong... try this for about 10-15 minutes after you get to one you can start back at five or ten and still felling the same scence of relaxation that you feel... well try it out if it helps then awsome and if not its ok ive still have more advice where that came from...
