I've actually got a calorie counter for this so if you give me your weight and average time spent playing badminton in 1 day I'll get back to you right away. Just leave it in my inbox.
The amount of calories you burn varies from person to person due to your age, sex, weight, what sport you play and how many hours you spend at your particular sport.
Just leave your details in my inbox and if you need any more info just ask! :)
