Belly Rings !!

Question Posted Friday September 29 2006, 11:46 am

HI people I'm 17. Sorry to ask something stupid like this. But I wanted to know a couple of things before i go out and get a belly ring. One, would it look ok or good on someone that's not overweight, but not a stick either. Two, does it hurt ? I mean I have a tattoo, but I’m not sure what a belly piercing feels like. Three, what are the goods, and bad’s of belly rings. If any of you can help me out with this it will mean a lot. Thanks and hope you all have a nice day.

belly button rings look good on most people. i got mine done in june. it only hurts a little bit. they numb it though before they do it. before they pierce it they clamp the skin and then they stick the needle through followed by the earring.

if you get it done, make you sure you clean it twice a day. rubbing alcohol and bacetracin works good. if you don't clean it it will get infected and be sore. they tell you not to change it for 6 months but as long as you keep it clean, you can change it after three.

it looks awesome in the summer at the beach or by the pool when your in a bathingsuit!

1. it looks good on anyone. there really cute.

2. It doesn't hurt that bad at all. You think it would..but it doesn't.

3.goods: cute in bathing suits, its fun to shop for, guys like them.

bad: sometimes they can get infected, it sometimes hurts if you take it out and put a new one in, sometimes it gets attached to your clothes and pulls alil bit ((that sucks!)), one time mine got stuck on my boyfriends mattress...(totally embarassing), you have to clean them everyday, and thats about it

hi, a lot of my friends have belly button rings and they look cute on everybody ive seen that has one unless your like 200 pounds. ive been thinking about getting one and one of my friends helped me with what i need to know so ill tell you what she told me. when you get it pierced it doesnt really hurt its just a pinch and only a second long. the only reason it would hurt after you get it is if it gets infected so just clean it like you would do for any other piercing and you will be good to go. tell me how it goes ! ♥

A belly ring looks good on a lot of people. Unless they're really big, It doesnt really hurt much, its like a pinch. I have 19 piercings and that was the less pain out of all of them. It shouldnt hurt more than youre tattoo. The goods of a belly ring are sooo many! It looks great, you can change it, its just a cute girly thing. The bads are just a few or so. If it gets infected it will hurt very badly and if you dont clean it good it will get infected. Thats basically it. Well, unless you get into a fight and get it ripped out. Well, thats all you should need to know. Send me in my inbox if you need anything else.

good luck

A belly ring looks good on anyone, unless theyre really fat. They can be difficult to heal, but if they're looked after properly they're fine, certain types of jewellery fall out. But they look good at the end of it. It's not really pain, more of a burning sensation, but its really quick. Just make sure you get a professional to do it who has experience, if it is put in the wrong place it can reject which can be very painful. Hope it goes well. xx
