Losing Weight

16/F/160-ish cm/145 lbs
As the title says, I want to lose weight. Not to look disgustingly skinny, but to look healthy and less flabby before spring or before softball season because I always get to the base a few seconds after the ball has been caught [I can run just as fast as my much skinnier friends]
I guess an appropriate goal would be 15-20 lbs (or a size 5 in jeans, currently a 7) because I want to still be proportionate and not a bobble head.
I do not have access to a gym since the only gym equipment that my school has is for the weight training class (the class is only for males, haha), and I have no means of transportation to a community gym (like YMCA). I lost 4 pounds over the summer...

What Should I Do

Here is my problem ok well I really liked this one guy lets call him M in middle school and high school he never really talked to me but he knew that I liked him. I think he was one of those boys that wouldn't go out with someone unless his friends approved or the girls he would go out with was always jocks or blondes. But the thing is it has been a few years since we had any contact with each other you see I would write to him notes and letters but he never responded. um after the ice age.. like i heard that we're still in it since greenland and antarctica ice sheets havent completely melted what happens? cause we seem to be getting warmer which i think is also increasing faster due to like.. greenhouse gases and stuff. so.. will we in years to come be like.. super warm on earth? and during the ice age how did people survive. infact were humans around during the ice age? can you clue me in to a history of our time with the earth and stuff? include info on dinosaurs.. stuff like that so it makes sense to me, im just 13 and interested. also i heard that noah (in the christian bible.. the guy with the ark of animals) was real and lived near egypt and there was a big flood on the Nile.. so it is a real story...

Too Much

I am a 15 year old female and a virgin. I might be a vrigin but i do masterbate, a little too much. I can't stop. I do it once a day or even up to 3 times. I just get so horny, and try to be active a do stuff, but my hand just drifts.
What can i do? Or is there anyway to enhance the feeling so maybe I won't do it as often?

well i forgot one of my friends gave me a peice of gum at school and i did'nt eat it cuz i did'nt to get caught (we cant have gum in school) and i put it in my sweatshirt pocket. and my mom washed it with the gum in the pocket and now its all stuck inside. does anyone know any ways to get it out?

I have been dating a guy for over a year, and i love him. The thing is I think I'm falling for this other guy too. I dont want to admit but im starting too...
i know its wrong.
and the guy im dating now- i ask him a lot of questions- and one day i asked him what would he do if i told him i was in love with two people and he was one of those people. he told me he would want me to choose who i wanted. i asked him,"what if it wasnt you". he told me as long as i was happy he would want it for me.
that makes me feel bad and love him even more.
is there a way to stop falling for this other guy?
should i choose, and how do i choose?

I've been acting really weird lately. Like there's my boyfriend.. and we're going through a rough time... and like a keep freaking out when he tells me he's gonna call on the weekends and he ends up calling like and hour later... and then he'll tell me he's going out and I'll flip out... but like that just gets me going crazy and I totally freak out. But then I also get upset with other stuff too... like stuff that's happened to me is I cry all the time, for no reason what so ever... i feel like i don't belong here at all and like I feel like I don't want to live (sounds horrible I know)... stomach/intestinal pain?

every few weeks or so i keep getting days where i'll be horribly nauseous and gassy and have awful stomach/intestinal discomfort all day long, sometimes i'll throw up and sometimes not. when i pass gas or burp on days like this it tastes/smells absolutely horrible. i have no idea why this happens every few weeks...i thought maybe a food allergy or something i ate, but honestly i eat the same sorts of foods all the time, and not even very much of them.
has anyone else had this happen? or know why this is happening?
it's starting to freak me out, and it's getting old and it's very inconvenient and frustrating, seeing as how i have to leave work or school early or cancel social plans on these days so that i can ...
