no they cannot cry. Once they become a vampire, it is like they are frozen exactly as they are in that moment. I cant really answer this question because the answer is so long so here is a link:

no, but he does get sad in parts. check the end of twilight when bella was bitten and also check the end of new moon where he's said because bella is still afraid he will leave her. page 524 in new moon and 453 in twilight.
