How much more will I grow if I'm 5'3" (5 feet, 3 inches) if I'm currently 15.

When did you get your period?
Most girls stop growing 2-3 years after there period. If you haven't had your period yet and you have never had a major growth spert it's possible you will. If you have had your period already and haven't seen major changes in the last 6 months you probably won't grow anymore.

Honestly, I cannot, nor can anyone else, tell you how much you will grow, or if you wil grow at all. The only factor of height I know, is genetics. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.

Nobody knows.
You could stay the same. You could grow an inch. You could end up seven feet tall.
And other factors include: Nutrition, environment, hormones, physical activity, gender, and health problems.
