I'm getting my tongue pierced. My dad can't know so I'm going to wear a clear barbell. I'm doing it on Sat. during the day coming home around 11 saturday night.. do you think by my talking it will be really noticeable like because my tongue will be swollen? & how bad does it hurt?

It is bad to like my boss? He is 7 years older than me but i don't act my age, i act more his age. He has a girlfriend so nothing would ever happen but i still like him. Does that make me wrong?

Ok so I'm 15/f, not for long though cuz in a week i'll be 16 :D But the thing is, I've never been kissed, or even had a real boyfriend, and I'm sick of it.
so anyway, I like this kid, kevin. He's in one of my classes, but I only see him 3 times a week because he and I have bio labs on different days.
Now, maybe I'm just getting my hopes up too high, but he seems kinda interested. My best friend is in that class with me too, and she kinda likes kevin's friend. Soo, one day my best friend and I got to sit next to each other, and kevin, his friend, and a couple other guys they talk to came over and sat right behind us, when there were all these other seats in the room. I feel like I can't attract guys... I want a boyfriend so badly but I do not want to be the person who asks the guy out. I don't want to be chasing the boys, I want the boys to come to me! But everytime I see I guy i like, I'm friendly, funny and happy. But they either just think of me as a friend or they just think i'm being nice and they forget about me in a little while.
I don't want to flirt or give out any hints. I want to be completely normal(as if I was talking to my best friend.) but how do I get guys to be attracted to me? Or at least think about me when I'm not there.
Like what can I do to make guys notice me more and stand out?

1) This guy in most of my classes.
We talk a lot, always say hey when we see eachother around school. Today I had to stay behind and talk to the teacher, and he waited the 10 minutes for me, although all of his friends went off.
He's fun to hang around with, and he's never mean, always nice to me.

A senior in high school suspended for 3 das & college apps.

To make a long story short, I received a 3-day suspension today for making a really bad decision and pulling a prank that could have gotten worse if I wouldn't have ratted myself out. There were other people involved but I took all of the blame because if it weren't for me then it wouldn't have happened. A note was written by myself and 3 others that the administration found. I let the administration find it without thinking about the consequences.
Anyway, I was suspended for 3-days (a more than fair suspension) they were even nice enough to count today as day 1 which means I return to school Tuesday.
My question is about college. I have already been accepted to one college and am awaiting word from the other 2 that I ...

foundation on lips

Heyy i always puta bit of maybelline matte mousse foundation on my lips to make a sort of 'nude/pink' colour but it always like gathers in flakes
i put lip balm beneath it to stop them from becoming dry but it kinda clumps it up and i get like gatherings of something inthe corner of my mouth.
Is there any way to do this properly or any products that create the same effect?
I also have a nice light pink lipstick by barry M but its always gone an hour or 2 later.. i want smooth luscious lips =]

I don't have self esteem issues... i love myself i'm comfortable with who i am and think i'm pretty funny... but all my ex's are jerks or crazy. they fall pretty hard usually and take it to extremes. i don't think i'm bad looking but think i look young. i don't know, i just seem to have a problem meeting good guys. how can i get myself out there enough to meet my next victim...jks
