Great eyeliner

whats a great eyeliner that won't smudge, and look like you have raccoon eyes or make it look like you got punched in the face .. it can be roll up eyeliner,liquid eyeliner or sharpen eyeliner doest matter

I used to use Revlon, and it worked great. Now I have Chanel eyeliner, and it's even better. No smudges from neither (:

Maybelline has an line of eyeliners
they do not smudge at all.
any of their eyeliners are great.
