binge disorder

I think I am developing an eating disorder. Over the past year I have gained about 15 pounds, and its because I've been eating more. Recently I've been trying to get in shape again but then I "give up" and overeat. Then after the fact I promise myself I'll do better tomorrow but the same thing happens. I wish I could break this on my own but it's just not happening and I think I need help. It's just, I am too embarassed about it to go to anyone about it. Nobody knows about it because I don't look overweight right now but I am still gaining weight and soon it will be apparent. What should I do?

How Do I know if a Guy I work with likes me?

I have worked with this guy for over 9 months and we work in different departments. He comes into my department alot to look up stuff for his job and I catch him looking at me often. But when I smile or look back he quickly looks away. He talks to everyone else in my department but me. I am somewhat shy and do not know what to say to him but I really like him. I know he is single because he came to our Work Christmas Party alone and he kept staring at me there too!! If anyone thinks he like me back then what can I say or do to make him talk to me?

Lost flash drive & need a file on it?

I had saved a file on my flash drive at my house and I needed to bring it to school. I didn't save it to my computer, also (stupid, I know.) So now I kind of misplaced my flash drive somewhere in my house. I tore apart my room looking for it and I just cannot find it.
So, my question is-- since I did access the file on my flash drive on my computer, and the file still is in my drop-down menu of recent files, is there a way to get at it even though I don't have that flash drive?
Its a Microsoft Published document, btw, and its saved under "J".

For what its worth, which camera is better: Canon PowerShot SD600 ($528) or Canon PowerShot SD1000 ($160)? Which takes sharper, clearer, more detailed and more vibrant-colored photos with lifelike depth?

So i'm like using my laptop, and then out of nowhere this quickplay thing just pops up. It's soooooooooooooo annoying. Like i'll be typing and it just pops up and ruins everything. AHHHH IT JUST DID IT NOW.
Like i'll be sitting there not touching anything and it just pops up.
Anyone else have this problem, and what should i do?

how do i change me screensize?

Hi! I have a question my friend installed virtual pc for me and I am trying to use ubuntu 7.10 on a small screen it works ok but i can't get it to change screen size. I would ask him but he gets tired of trying to help. its set at like 1024 and 768 or something bigger. i tried to set and want it at 640-480 but it wont work. I loggin and i log back out i tried in the os and in the virtual pc and nothing works ever. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!

salt and ice burns

alright, so my friend told me about this thing where you put salt on your skin, then ice cubes and press down hard and it scars.
i didnt believe her so we tried it and it really works,
but i was wondering if there was a way to get rid of the scar faster, like hot compresses or something.
i searched google and i couldnt really find anything.
any help would be very appericated

Okay I was just thinking about my height and felt like asking this..
My mom is 5'2, my dad is 5'11.
My sister is about half an inch taller than my mom and my brother is about 6ft.
I'm 16 at the minute, and 5'3 and a half. What are the chances of me being any taller?
Considering I don't take after my mum in ANY way (physically or character wise -- I'm like a little female clone of my dad), I thought I might get a little taller (although obviously not as tall as my dad haha)but either I was wrong or I'm about to grow some more.
I'm not really bothered, just curious.

Ipod and limewire/itunes???

So i got a iPod for christmas and when i download iTunes it transfered all my songs form meia plyer i ahd already on iTunes so i have them songs on my ipod but when i downloaed new songs on limewire it didnt trnasfer to my itunes so i would be able to put it on my ipod.What do i do to transfer songs from limewire to iTunes???
