The only way to make a penis larger is to get a boner and that is only temporary. If you're doing it to make sex better and you believe that your package is already of good size, then maybe the girls vagina is just too deep!

The African culture, ties a heavy weight onto a piece of rope and ties the rope to their penis. They leave it there forever to stretch out the skin. However, this takes forever, seems to be very painful (and if not for cultural reasons, dumb), and it makes the penis flat.It looks stretched out, because it was. Also, tying a rope to your penis can cause constricted blood flow, consequently causing irrepairable damage. Your penis may never see the pleasures it used to ever again, who would want that? Now, there is no scientific way to make your penis larger. You can have a surgical procedure that cuts a tendon/muscle group in that general region, but I wouldn't suggest this either. Unless, you want your penis to always be looking at the floor, even when it is happy.

You could try pulling it out as far as possible when it's not hard (stretching it) but there's no guarantee that it'll work.
