Is that normal?

Recently this month, when I wake up, I have just a really terrible bad breath and my mouth has this nasty stale taste! I know it's normal to get bad breath when you wake up, but it's really bad and when I wake up or open my mouth during the night when I sleep, it's so bad it wakes me up and I can't get back to sleep.
I brush my teeth with a lot of tooth paste in the morning when I wake up but the smell is kind of still there. It goes away before lunch and etc but still, that's really gross, right in the morning. I don't like the taste it gives me before my breakfast either!

I had a dream that I was on the beach with some of my friends. I think we had gone to like this island and they had like one of those hotel shares and if you went to certain areas you would be at the beach. So I went to the beach with some of my friends and one of them is this girl that my boyfriend and I (in real life) talk about maybe one day having a 3some with. Last night, I pierced MY OWN ears. I play after school sports, and the coach is gonna make me take out the piercings. Its only 2 hours, and so could I take them out for two hours, without them closing up? And if not, should I wait a week and then do it like that? Also, any advice other general advice for how to care for them?
And now I'm afraid that they could be infected. But isn't it only supposed to be infected if its been 24 hours or shorter, and so if pain lasts longer than that, then its been infected? And if so, and I don't feel any pain at all, right now (been about 16 hours) and so what if I began to feel pain in like 2 days or something?

Okay, I'm 18/m and I was just curious if there is an average with the amount of times a guy can cum before losing hardness.
