Rehire.. after quitting..

Hey. I quit my job in August. I never said why I quit, my mom called because she thought that she should talk to her idk why. She told my mom she'd rehire me because I was a good worker, I'd just have to call her when I'm ready. I don't know if I have the guts to call her. I mean what should I say? What if she ask me why I quit or something.?

17/f. I play both acoustic guitar and electric guitar (I prefer acoustic) and I would like to write a song.
Can anyone help me?
How do I make a really good piece of music that people will want to listen to?
And maybe help with putting words to it.
But mostly at this point I just want help with how to make a really good piece of music, can anyone help?
I guess it can either be fast and catchy or slow and beautiful.

Ok. So I have a really fat face but I am actually skinny and built athletic. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make my face skinnier. Im so self-consious(sp)of my cheeks I never even want to smile anymore because I feel like people will just stare at how big my face is. If theres anything I can do to slim up my face it would be really great.

Pain in my lower back

I'm 14 and I don't know why but for 3 days now it hurts to walk. Like above my butt (where the jeans would touch) at at the right, there's nothing there. but when i walk it hurts as if someone has a voodoo doll and just keeps poking me there when I walk.
Does anyone know what it could be and how I can fix it?

So i went to the dermatologist and they put me on acne medication adn told me it would make my skin bad for a few weeks before it got better. So my skin did get alittle bad but now its perfect. The only problem is i have left over scars from where i had acne. They actually arent really scars, they are just discolorations like a dark pinkish/tan. How do i get rid of these?

Im 16 years old and planning on going to see a play for my birthday, i reall dont know what to see though! I have already seen lion king, wicked, Mama Mia, and hairspray. I LOVED hairspray and wicked. Can anyone suggest a good play to see that they loved? Or one that sounds like i might like it based on my taste?

Okay so there's this guy and he's very shy. He's a nervous speaker, not just around girls but in general and I've had a crush on him for a while now.
Trouble is I'm shy too and I can't really find the courage to straight up tell him I like him. We're not friends but we've spoken before, we're in the same class, we're acquantainces basically.

a bunch of my friends say I have really thin hair. My hair is a little longer than shoulder length, about light brown and i have no clue what texture it is. You could say straight, but then I have a lot of kinks in them (when its like straight then all of a sudden there's a little wave, then straight and then wavey) so I normally straighten my hair. I use heat protecting spray before and then I use a serum after (silk drops from FX) so my question is what can i do to have thick/medium thick hair?

I love this boy but you see he acts different when he is around his friends. I told him that he does but he doesn't listin to me and blams the whole thing on me saying i am changing and that im not the same person he feel in love with. i don't know what to do and my friends just seem to not know either. i need help. i have some more hair questions..
why does wet hair get damaged when you blow dry it?
also, does spraying chemicals (heat protecting spray nevertheless) damage hair in the long term? i think i'll just air dry hair for a little while then blow dry it when its only a little damp and so my hair wont have to spend a long time under the blowdryer?
some blowdryers blow out cold air. is that okay for you? because no heat and it gets the job done! i think it is another good solution except i get headaches from that.
