My 16th birthday is coming up in July and I want to have a fairly BIG party. The problem is I'm on a fairly low budget. My parents will spend as much as I request almost, but I don't want to run them dry. I live near New Orleans. Any ideas?

If someone was a virgin, (most definitely)!, and their parents had not had the disease (indefinitely), because the fact they themselves are fine and they've had three healthy children (oldest of which is in late teens), is it likely to say that one of the children could have an STI despite being a virgin? I know they can be passed on from mother to baby but I would have thought that the mother, after so many years would show some isgns of infection, as would the child.
If it is possible, what are the chances, do you think?

I'm looking for cute afordable bikinis. The problem is for me is that even x-small bottoms don't fit my butt.

and it seems like the bottoms are too big (I go for the string bikini)

does anyone know where I can GET artwork similar to that or magda trzaski, only much cheaper?
I'm interested in purchasing, not making.
& it doesn't have to be the box-style artwork.
paintings, drawings, and other forms of artwork (dolls, ect) are great as well.
For more details on my budget think of college-student range.
(which means NOT alot- especially because I'm redecorating a room in this style)
I would rather it be up & coming artists, I love to support that kind of thing.

Ok , well me and my boyfriend have been dateing for 11 months . And i cant stand that woman , seriously im not over reacting by no means . She is only nice when its convenint to her and when she feels like it. She pushes her husband around and her kids . Sorry for the length, but thanks in advance to anyone who answers.
Here's some background info: This year, they spilt up the districts for the school that I go to. They sent half of them, which includes three of my best frineds since first grade, to the new school & the other half, which includes me & my other best friend (Nicole) since fifth grade. & at the new school, my best friend since fifth grade's boyfriend, Kyle, is also there. They've been going out for a year & for some reason think they're going to get married. & this whole week, Nicole's been acting sad & refused to tell me why.

i am 14. my boyfriend (also 14) has felt me up. we've made out. and i've given him a handjob.

so my friend bobby and i began getting really close this year after him and his ex girlfriend brianna broke up for good. ive known him since i was in 5th grade(hes a year older). so bobby and i became basicially best friends but i began to fall for him..hard. and now i like him alot. all my friends ask me if we're dating yet because we flirt all the time. when i had volleyball season, he always asked me when games were and if he said he'd be there, he was. now im in basketball season and he comes to some of my games, but the flirting has increased. a few days ago i asked him if he liked me or not. and he said " in a going out way, no not really but i cant say that about anyone because i like being single."

I recently started taking 5 mg of Abilify (mood stablizer), but i stopped it 2 days ago because I started to feel really anxious and antsy and jittery and restless all the time. I haven't had it since then, but the restless feelings haven't gone away.
nothing else has changed about my diet, etc.
what can I do to stop this? It's like i want to get up and run around in circles but I'm too tired/can't.

Okay so I met this boy in December, and he is pretty much hilarious ha.
When I first met him I was talking to my friend Alex and Tommy comes over and says: Alex, is this the girl you always talk about?
Me: Ohh, Alex, what do you say about me?!
Alex: Nothing, he's just like that, ignore him.

Prom is comming up soon for me and its not that i cant dance... i live in a small town where nobody dances. and i feel that if you go to a DANCE.. you should dance. (prom is the only dance i want to go to because i need to save college money.. so this is my first one).. but i know they will play some rap or hip hop and i want to be able to dance to it. if i try to dance to it "the way i feel" i dont move and i just stand around because i dont get how people dance to that stuff(grinding???? i dont even know what to do with that). can anybody tell me how im supose to dance any moves or whatever that people do or soemthing because i feel REALLY dumb being a girl and not dancing.. please help or explain anything. thanks.
