Psoriasis

Does anyone know any good lotions besides dove that help control psoriasis? I have it bad on my head and face and inside my ears. I have already seen the dermatologist but the stuff she gave me didnt help and was very expensive budget wise.

i drink about 2 or 3 bottles of water a day, and i was wondering ...what does water do to your body? like, how does it affect a person's weight, health, etc. is there any bad side-effects or something?

I got a stomach virus on Friday. I already had to miss practice, a car wash, and religon. I really don't want to miss school. Pepdo isn't doing such a great job. Any way to feel better?

stomach ache b/c of period

i have a stomach ache because of my period. it's on and off. i already took motrin to help stop the pain, but it's still there. i don't wanna go to school tomorrow feeling bad, but i can't afford to miss another day since our finals are getting closer and i've missed enough days. what can i do?

Braces, teeth whitening, blah.

Okay, yesterday I asked a question about teeth whitening with braces and the responses I got were mostly not to do it because I would look weird when I got my braces off.
Well, I forgot to mention that I would like my teeth to look especially white for a very special occasion coming up and a) i'm not getting my braces off for another six months and b) i don't care how my teeth look after I get my braces off because it will be MUCH easier to get them whitened afterward.
With that said, can anyone give me advice on what's safe to use to whiten your teeth with braces?

How lng are you supposed to leave a pad on? Is it a bad for you to keep it on for 2 or 3 days? I know its discusting, but is it unhealthy for you? Thanks so much.

Im 14/f and im 5'10. I know I'm tall. I HATE being tall. Anyway, how do I make myself look shorter? And also, do you think people think differently about tall girls? PLEASE BE HONEST. I would rather you say people dont like tall girls. Thanks so much.

I got my period after like 4 months of not having it ....it was light at first and it just got a little more heavy. My first question is how long can i leave a tampon in and Should i be worried about it dripping into the ocean and attracting sharks. And should i be worried about tss or what ever??? Thanks!!

I recently started taking singulair for my allergies. I know that with some medications you're not supposed to drink, but can drinking while on singulair really do anything to harm your body?

Well my sister had a huge gash on her forehead and the doctor put some stuff on it and covered it with a bandage and said to not take it off til sunday.
Today's sunday, when do I take it off for her today? Morning? bedtime? etc?

shrinking pores

Hey its summer and it's really hot and I don't know why but the pores on my nose is huge!
I don't know if it's hair or something else but huge black dots on my nose during the summer, a lot of sweat comes out of it and it's like no where else of my face sweats but all comes out on my nose, and it's really noticeable because everyone asks if I shave my nose or something.
Please help! I can't go to the doctors cuz it's too much money

i want to lighten my hair. but i dont want to use dyes.
i heard that you can go outside with lemon juice in your hair and it will lighten it. is it unhealthy for your hair?
if it is, is there a shampoo that i can use that wont dye my hair but lighten it? im dirty blonde and want to be a shade or two lighter.

Today is the first day of my period and which is usually one of the heaviest days. I have been sitting around most of today watching television and doing things on my laptop. Is it ok that I have been sitting down and not standing up? Will the affect my period?

Tampon Help

Ive had my period for a while now (im 14) but tampons are wierd for me.
When i first put them in, they go in fine and they bout a half and hour later, they sort of slide down a little and i start feeling them and it starts to hurt. what can i do to prevent this? what am i doing wrong. and please dont give me directions for putting them in, because i know how.

Lemon Juice-Hair Lightening

I know lemon juice lightens your hair color but i was wondering, does it lighten all of your hair? or just highlight it with light peices? I heard it dries out your hair also-any way to prevent that? And if i do decide to do it, how to i get the lemon juice in my hair?
