Tampon Help

Ive had my period for a while now (im 14) but tampons are wierd for me.

When i first put them in, they go in fine and they bout a half and hour later, they sort of slide down a little and i start feeling them and it starts to hurt. what can i do to prevent this? what am i doing wrong. and please dont give me directions for putting them in, because i know how.

I would say either upgrade to a larger size tampon like from super to regular or try to push it up after to insert it with the applicator.

hm......well...maybe....they're too small for you....and maybe since it seemss to me that ur flow is heavy, i would switch to a bigger size...like super..lol..they're not much bigger but that's what i did...i had the same problem...lol
