14/f .. How much grams of fat should you have each day to maintain a healthy diet? I'm not like thinking about dieting or anything lol I just want to stay healthy so when I get old I'm not like fat or something.. thanks :]

It all depends on age & your body type. Here's a calculator you can use-

Fill in your information. Another way to do it would be looking at the nutrition facts on products you eat. It should not be higher than 40% fat. For example, if whatever you're eating has 100 calories & underneath it it says 15 fat calories, you take 15 divided by 100 which gives you 15% fat, which is under 40% so that's okay to eat.
