ilikesalami answered Saturday May 5 2007, 7:56 pm: just eat what you normally eat. if you get cravings, like many girls do during their periods, try to avoid eating ecessively (or too little) make them go away by chewing on ice. it helps for my mom.. she's been losing her baby weight by eating alot of ice when she gets cravings. so basically eat the way you normally do.. its not like your pregnant or anything so its not a big difference when your on your period. but try not to eat something that wont cause you to get real constipated and such because cramps + feeling sick isnt very pleasant [ ilikesalami's advice column | Ask ilikesalami A Question ]
