ugh,
okay. so i have an ex let's call him D. and another ex, let's call him J.
okay, so i hung out with D todayy, and made outwith him, like i do alot, when i went out with him.

okay, but when i got home, J called me, and asked me out, i said noo.
he had broke up with me, bc he thought i still liked D. i told him i didn't but w/e.

Counselors and Keeping my personal information

if i go and see a counselor and i tell that counselor that i cut is the counselor allowed to tell my parents or do they have to keep my secret? i want to talk to someone about it but at any costs (even at my own) i CANNOT tell my parents. they cannot find out. im 14 so i know im a minor but doesnt the counselor have to keep my secrets? please help. i want to get help but without my parents knowing im cutting. i just dont know how to do it. thank you so much :)

bottom layer of hair

the bottom layer of my hair is always so disgusting. it gets knotty and snarled with split ends all over. i condition it all the time and the rest of my hairs fine. how do i fix it? please help. thankss!
i have borderline wavy hair btw.

its the movies.
and since its a schoolnight, my dad is expecting me home earlier than a regular date. actually, i haven't ever been on a regular date.
i am just so lost. and don't know how to act. i am quiet at first and sort of socially awkward! tips please

okay , so you know how sometimes you get feelings and like no one can change your mind?? like a pathological fear. You cant be talked out of it. Well i have one of those feelings about this boy. He lives in IN but i live in KY but i go up every 6 weeks, this summer for 3 weeks.
You see he thinks im cute and everything, but he has a girlfriend, (which i know IS wrong, but yeah i wouldnt do that to someone). shiny soft hair

my hair gets really pretty and shiny and soft if I dont wash it for a few days after I straighten it and then dont wash it. Gross I know, but thats the only way my hair meets its true beautiful potential. I have a heat protector spray and everything. But it doesnt really do much. Does anyone know any really good shampoo and conditioner that achieves such soft silky goodness? And smells good. I dont have a boyfriend for nothing; and good scent is a priority. Because I think a combo of good shampoo and conditioner with my salon heat protector could make my hair really pretty

I Honestly I Have No Idea Where To Put This Question Under.
Anyways I Recently had my lip pierced [Its located on the left side].
Can anyone [especially people who have lip piercings] give me any Accurate info on how to clean it,what to use & etc.
I've visited different sites but they all say different things and im very confused.

ok so i have like mad mood swings all the time.. one second ill be so happy or hyper and then like a minute later ill look and feel like crap or like i haven't slept in days or ill be really mad and upset and my moods changes so quick all the time.. im 16/f does anyone no why this is or if its normal? my friends and teachers always ask me whats wrong because ill be so happy and they go to like so upset?

So my friend told me that if you eat bread crusts, it helps making your boobs grow. And I was like, Nu uh. Because there isn't like a main food that makes your boobs grow right? Well also! I was just curious, like how do your boobs grow anyways? I'm 14/f, and I'm about a B cup I think. But how do they grow? something about tissue right? weight: 120
okay soo i really have the motivation too get my stomach to be muscle/flat other than what it is now. and i know its realistic because im not "fat" i just have a chubby belly i guess idk how else to explain it. and loosing weight would be cool.
also now that im am getting out of school in 3 weeks i will have time to excercise in the mornings or whenever.
i need help on figuring out what i should do everyday. if i make a list i know i could follow it..im very good at those kind of things.
